Wiki Advocates Philippines celebrated the opening day of Wikimania 2022 in Pasacao, Camarines Sur, Region V, Philippines. The first day was fantastic due to the live broadcast, indoor games, and a live performance by our guest performer Lyra Aubrey Belista who played a trumpet instrument. We also shared the idea behind the Hatch-A-Wiki Project through a brief discussion. Lastly, it was such a great feeling to have new learning through these Wikimania experiences.

On the Second Day of Wikimania 2022, Wiki Advocates Philippines hosted a slumber party, movie night, and an editing session.

August 13, 2022[edit]

Wikimania 2022's Third Day Celebration was hosted at Sierra's Cotta Resort in Minalabac, Camarines Sur, Philippines. Due to the games established by the organizer, this third-day event is an outside activity. Volunteers and participants enthusiastically participate in the various games. Wiki Playstation, Wiki-fix, and Piksyunaryo are the names of these games. Every game winner received an exciting gift. On the third day of Wikimania, we also watched a video presentation starring User User:Kunokuno and two editors User:Sheanjean and User:Daphpb from Wiki Advocates Philippines was being featured in honor of International Youth Day 2022. The third day of Wikimania became one of the most memorable, owing to the variety of activities enjoyed by the attendees.

August 14, 2022[edit]

Wikimania 2022 last day celebration was still held at Sierra's Cotta Resort. Wiki Advocates Philippines and the participants had their group forum or reflection session on the last day of the event. Each volunteer and participant had a designated question to answer. The group forum tackled every participant's experiences, learnings, and expectations. Then, after the reflection session, winners were awarded in the said activities on the third day. On the last day, Wiki Advocates Philippines celebrated the award given to Art+Feminism.
