I met the Muslim brotherhood group at Saudi Arabia in the year of 1982. This was after I studied abroad and completed my PhD. 1. The general, message of the group is to attract different individuals from the society by pitching the phrase "in order to gain more religious knowledge." They really focus on implanting the idea of blind obedience in all matters and to adhere to the 10 principles that were created by the founder of the group: Hasan Al-Banna. 2. The more specific ideology of the group is the concept of "family," in which each member of that "family" is required to uphold. Regarding the goal of the group, it is to re-establish the Islamic Caliph after it collapsed, which Hasan Al-Banna also called for. It is a noble cause, but what is hidden between the lines will not be noticed until after tribulations take effect and the mask is removed from this group. I used to look for the opportunity to leave this group, but I was unable until the year of 1996 when I left on sabbatical leave to the United State of America. I announced my resignation and departure from this group on 1998.

The most important features of this group: 1. Attracting the largest number of individuals from all social backgrounds so that they assimilate with them. As for those who refuse to join them, the group would show them care and importance so that they can become at least supporters of the group. 2. Some members of the group aim at reaching high positions, reach to those with high positions in a country, gain the trust of authority, become close to them to gain access to all the decisions of various sectors of the country whether it be verbal or written laws, then they would revisit their plots and incorporate the changes that correlate with the specific matters.

3. The Muslim brotherhood aim to add many citizens of a country for assimilation or make them supporters. The remaining citizens are a minority and do not account for important tasks. When this happens, now it is the time for them to go out to the fields with their demands and opinions asserting that the country will not be able to throw them in the prisons due to their large numbers...then the unwanted would happen, which is what happened with the Shah of Iran.

4. The group's activities expand to the outside in order to attract and prepare the abroad students to be a part of the group's agenda once these individuals would return to their respective countries.

Saudi Arabia faced terrorist attacks (which is part of the brotherhood agenda) in the last few years. The bombings in the city of Khubar, middle of the country and other areas, which lead to the broad challenging of the security systems in all cities. The challenge reached its maximum when the Ministry of Internal Affairs was targeted with a suicidal attack at the end of 2004.

One of my colleagues came to visit the United States of America (he is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood group). He called me by phone, told me that he will stop at the Sacramento International Airport for an hour, and asked to meet me. When I met him, he told me that Saudi Arabia is near collapsing and the matter is almost complete.

I prepared a letter to one of the officials in Saudi Arabia and my pick was the late crown prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz. He was the right person. I told him of the matter perhaps this can lead to the arrest of those responsible for this hideous attack.

Things relatively calmed, but I was surprised that the radar of the Muslim Brotherhood group started to follow me. This is when I realized the extent this group infiltrated the different sectors of the country. They have members and supporters in every public and private sectors.

First, the group and its supporters started to impose security circles around the King Abdullah, so that nothing reaches him without their prior knowledge out of fear that they get exposed to the king. This group was successful to create a gap between the king and crown prince. With time, the Muslim Brotherhood's control broadened. History witnesses this. They were successful to use the theory of "group dominance????." As far as I go, matters got worse. We were forbidden from calling Saudi Arabia even though a law passed from the Ministry cabinet with punishment to those who alter phone calls. My letters were forbidden from entering Saudi Arabia. We started to receive many blocked phone calls at inconvenient times. Individuals were hired; sadly, to rely information about my family and I constantly...the situation is sad. Things did not stop here. Rather, false claims and accusations were made against me and my family regarding out citizenships, religion, and we are American informants. These rumors were spread in the society...this is how their extreme ideology leads them to do.

The transgressions of the Arab National Bank (ANB) against Saudi regulations and the support it received by the Department of Pension and Retirement funds, which was followed by Silence from the Ministry of Interior Affairs.

I received early retirement from the University of King Abdul-Aziz located in the city of Jeddah on 1999 after 29 years of service. The Arab National Bank was my representative in receiving my monthly pension. Over several periods, the bank proceeded with closing my account with the excuse of needing to update bank information. It required a lot of agony and hard work to get the account to be reopened.

Eight months ago, the bank went back to closing my account as usual. This time the bank set a condition for me to return, in person, to update my "Personal Identity Card." I spoke to a bank representative and informed him that we live at a time of technology and that communication is easy through regular and electronic mails. However, the bank representative insisted on his position even though my personal health does not allow me to travel, and I have a doctor's report noting this. The representative forgot or ignored that his action contradicts the following regulation from the bylaws list for the constitution of civil assistance that was reported with number one on the date of 27/7/1397 Hijri (07/13/1977):

Topic 20: It is unlawful to withhold the salary of an employee except with an order from an authority and, on a monthly period, the amount withheld cannot exceed more than a third of the remaining salary after accounting for the debt owed.

This is clear text for those who have debt. Transgressing against the law is at the level of not respecting the decisions of the cabinet of ministers and that there are those who are above the law.

Secondly, issuing the salary has no relationship with renewing the ID card and there is no evidence of that in the bylaws list, noting that I do not have any need for the ID card while I am outside the country.

Thirdly, I worked for one of the country sectors for 29 years. The payment of my retirement is an established right and no one has any legal right to touch it. As for the religious stand point, it is a greater prohibition and it is equivalent to stealing and consuming people's wealth unjustly....give the employee his rights before his mouth goes dry...The one who thinks that he controls the earnings of the people day dreams that he gives and takes away...That can lead to instability in creed if that person believes such a thing. Let that person listen to the truthful words by the exalted: "And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and He knows its place of dwelling and place of storage. All is in a clear register."

The bank lost its credibility and trust when it transgressed and played with the account of their client. Whether the actions of the bank are voluntary or imposed from the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood, it will remain a shameful mark, especially as compared to other banks who do fulfill their trusts, make decisions independently, and care about their image in front of the investors and depositors.

I decided to speak to the officials regarding the transgressions of this scandalous bank over the past eight consecutive months. The bank has no shame or modesty in his absurd treatment. I have mailed three letters by DHL. The first was addressed to the "General Retirement Organization" on 10/24/2013. The second was addressed to the "Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 01/13/2014. The Third letter was addressed to the "Ministry of Internal Affairs on 01/27/2014.

To notarize these letters, I have contacted one of the law firms, "Law Office of Bowman & Associates, APC." I have asked them to mail three additional letters in English to the three addresses on 02/24/2014.

Sadly, the response was not as expected. The General Retirement Organization sided and let the matter rest with the bank. As for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they turned the matter to the Ministry of Interior Affairs. As for the Ministry of Interior Affairs, they remained silent. This is how the rights are lost under the oppression of administrative terrorism. I will end this with the following poem perhaps it might reach the ears of those whose ears are deaf.

Do not oppress if you are able to, for the oppressor's end is in loss Your eyes sleep, and the oppressed is awake praying against you, and the eyes of Allah do not sleep.

The Arab National Bank (ANB) is a terrorist organization at all levels. No less is needed to regain the country's prestige in enforcing laws and regulations, than to lay off the general manager and the mangers of all the branches and restructure the bank's administration.
