Today, Wiki Loves Monuments 2015 revealed the winners for this years photo contest. WLM is an international photo competition held each September; it aims to increase knowledge about the world's cultural heritage sites, such as this year's winners: Westerheversand Lighthouse, Sacra di San Michele, Hanover's New Town Hall, and more. The contest has had 200,000 files uploaded by over six thousand users from over 30 countries; forty-one uploaded over a thousand each. Over ten thousand files per country were added from Ukraine, Germany, Armenia, Russia, Italy, and France. The international jury's final report will be issued in the coming weeks; look for coverage in the blog's community digest.
