Volunteer Supporters in the Wikimedia movement support community projects and needs in many ways. But have you ever wondered what would happen without this support? In this session, we take a closer look at the core aspects of Volunteer Support. In particular, we will examine the correlation between volunteer support and volunteer motivation and share approaches on how to shape a volunteer support that really matters.
