Summary
[edit]From the perspective of the Secretary of Wikimedia Polska, with the recent personal changes to the large portion of the chapter's Board, I would like to present the organization of WMPL's daily work. Staff supervision, staff/Board, mains and backups, selection of tools for communication, avoiding burnout, saving time on unnecessary overheads. I would like this to turn into a dicussion, exchange of tips and quirks, so that not only the newer, smaller organizations can learn (or at least consider the ideas put forward by myself and discussion participants) but also larger ones can benefit - maybe other chapters can share ideas that will be beneficial to their more advanced colleagues?
Expected outcomes
[edit]Learn from each other, transfer of knowledge and skills, as well as tools.
Duration (without Q&A)
[edit]15-20 minutes
Specific requirements
[edit]Projector and microphone (although I can usually make myself heard without using one) as well as active involved audience. Flipchart might turn out to be useful in the discussion.
Slides or further information
[edit]Will be provided before the Conference.
