| Abstract:
In 2023, Wikimedia Poland successfully implemented a program to support the administrators of Polish Wikipedia. Administrators, due to their role and responsibilities, are exposed to special stress. The support program (continued in 2024) was designed to equip administrators with additional competencies (meetings with experts), including soft ones (working in a team, responding to crisis situations). At the lecture you will learn about how we accomplished this and with what results. |

| How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region of CEE?
The session will help conference attendees understand what methods can be used to support this special group of Wikimedians that are administrators. Participants will see step-by-step how we built the program, collected feedback and learned how to respond to the needs of this group. We will also tell you about the first ever Polish Wikipedia administrators' convention. | |||
