Timeline of countries by weeks

In order to achieve the aim

  • rather equal distribution of newly created and significantly edited articles about every country in every language according to:
  • A / B > 0,5 for 75% of participating languages, where
  • A = minimal number of created and significantly edited articles about a country
  • B = maximal number of created and significantly edited articles about a country

thematic weeks are recommended. During those the editors will be motivated to write about specific topics for the week by creating blog posts and posts on social media targeting such topics. Local organisers are also free to give away small weekly prizes in order to achieve rather equal distribution of articles per country.
