Wikimedia Community User Group Albania/July Meetup 2018

On 26 July 2018 some of the members of Wikimedia Community User Group Albania gathered again to discuss for their future events and plans for contributing to Wikimedia.

Discussion

User group infrastructure

Sidorela will take care to have a public mailing list for the group and also an IRC publik channel. This would make it easier to communicate also with other people/contributors not part of WCUGA.

Wiki-Weekend 2018

Following the discussion started from the last meeting on June. The dates which are now confirmed on 1-2 December 2018, on Open Labs hackerspace. More details comming later.

Qr-pedia article for museum of Korça

Augest, Mariana and Nafie are working for the activity. We have some QR codes already (note: will publish the pdf later here... info to be added soon).

Collaborations

• For the work with institution we will prepare a memorandum of colloboration. Redon is working on this already. We will have a template for the institutions which would like to work with related to GLAM activities
  

Also a Wiki in Education will publish an online form so that any school can get in touch with us if they want to collaborate to work on Wikimedia projects.

User group regulation

Sidorela will work with this until next meeting.
