How did you attend Wikimania (virtually or in-person)? I attended the conference mainly virtually and an- in person event

What did you spend the scholarship funds on?

I spent the funds on mainly data, earpieces and a better charging system.

My 3 take-aways was the impact of Wikipedia on the globe being that I'm new in the user group. The second take-away was globalization through the internet at its best and lastly I was impressed by the community welcome from both the international level and Local community user group. Generally Jimmy wales was my topnotch Take-home.

How did you celebrate at Wikimania 2022?

I connected with with Margret kabanda a librarian through the in person event but I didn't connect globally considering i was using YouTube it didn't allow me express my self well being that I was limited on feedback . Pheedloop was a challenge for me from the start but being on the WhatsApp group made it easier to execute on other platforms like Jit.si.
