Board Meeting Time Shift

Time to be shifted to 6 pm on a Tuesday, as other members are unable to attend at 7 pm as they have other obligations. Shupai to notify members formally via email onboard meeting time shift. The new change was formally adopted by members who were present in the meeting.

Communications Presentation

Nobantu presented the communications strategy. Members are to have autobiographies formally written. A monthly newsletter to be driven and a standardized communication source. Volunteers are needed who will run various programs within the communication department. Funding to be allocated. Banners are available within the chapter. Shupai to send an email to Douglas and Dumi in regards to acquiring the Chapters assets. Douglas and Bobby are in full support of the communications strategy. Due to the amount of work that goes into communications, Nobantu suggested that Shupai's working hours would be extended. It was said that her working hours will increase after the grant has been approved.
