Wiki Loves Monuments

Our participation in this year's WLM competition was the main discussion point during the conference. During the time we have many individual discussions with Asaf, Achal, Lodewijk and Maarten to name a few. From these discussions we learned how to adapt our grant proposal to ease the process and also the increase probability of getting it approved. With the help of Achal we also managed to get free access to venues, which reduced our budget immensely. Further, we managed to get the required technical support needed for processing the SAHRA database and also to categorise the images on Commons. Wikimania 2014 bid

Another point discussed was to bid again for Wikimania. Most of the international delegates we spoke with are in support of this idea, and we are also now much more experienced to do so.
