Grant application, is upcoming which needs to be submitted end of the month. Douglas is focusing on the grant application, as well as on the interim report.
another meeting on mid-year report to be held, before it is submitted.
The board will be meeting with Herschal, so he can give a summary on the 2023 AG retreat.
The foundation gave short notice on the grant application.
Put together a proposal on projects they would like to hold and run, so they can be included in the grant application.
The proposal must include a budget breakdown

Coenraad put out a call for everyone to contribute and to workshop our strategy and grant application daily, until it is due. A meeting was set up for 2-3PM tomorrow, as well as 7-8PM.
Bostwana User group joined the ops meeting, and shared with the group on their projects. They will be partaking in Wiki Loves Africa photographic competition. A lot of projects will commence in March. The projects are overlapping, but need to find ways of delegating task and support each other.

Wiki loves parliament, Candy can collaborate with Jan, and he can advise Candy on the process

Michael is due to travel to Umthatha for the Swip project, noted that it is short notice as Douglas is travelling and he might not be able to release. The ip event is running from the 22nd till the 23rd of February 2024.
