Wikimedians in Qingdao (Tsingtao) User Group（青岛市维基媒体用户组） is a Wikimedia user group for promoting Wikimedia Movement in Qingdao, China. It is also the only Wikimedia community approved by the local government in mainland China[citation needed].
Goals[edit]
- Popularizing Wikimedia projects and helping the communities.
- Popularizing the ideas of Wikimedia projects such as knowledge sharing, free content, collaboration, and etc.
- Cooperating with relevant organizations and projects which support the objectives of Wikimedia Foundation.
- Holding various kinds of meeting, outreach, education and any other activities related with Wikimedia projects.
