Wikiproject Data-a-thon 2018 is an annual online/offline event designed and organized by Wikimedians in Nepal since 2015. In 2017, Wikimedians of Nepal and Maithili Wikimedians .

Wiki Women Edit-a-thon an editing competition organized by Wikimedians of Nepal with the aim to creating awareness about gender-related issues and value the being of women.

Wiki Loves Earth 2018 in Nepal is an international photographic competition to promote natural heritage sites around the World through Wikimedia projects (mainly Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons).

Wiki Loves Monuments 2018 in Nepal[edit]

Wiki Loves Monuments is an international photographic competition to promote cultural monuments around the World through Wikimedia projects (mainly Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons). Starting from the Netherlands in 2010, organized on a European level in 2011 and went global in 2012.
