- Wikimedia Ghana User Group would be organizing a socially distanced Wikipedia 20 party for members, volunteers, partners and journalists in Accra, Ghana.
- Planning
- Before our party there would be a cake cutting ceremony on January 15 during the global virtual party which we would celebrate the Wikimedian Of The Year.
- And then on January 23, we would have our party which would serve as an opportunity for our members to meet each other for the first time in a year. Where we would discuss our upcoming events and activities, cut a cake and then update our membership lists.
- We seek to involve the media in this and get them to understand work Wikipedia means to us all.
