Ali Al Suleiman's new sockpuppet

Hello, Alaa! In enwiki, I nominated the article Kinda El-Khatib which is created by Ali's socks in various Wikis for deletion. User:Dw Journalist looks like Ali's sock. FYI Charles Matthews, I was about to write an email to you to ask about the details, but I aborted that idea once I saw your comment on the AfD where you (indirectly) asked us to assume good faith about the actions of this user, which gave me the clear impression that you did not know who you are dealing with.

This guy is not a newcomer, he has been socking for over 4 years and insulting everyone who disagrees with his ideas. He is constantly pulling up new tricks out of the hat to achieve his goal. This is not the first time he tried to look in good faith by editing articles about other journalists: he has this before with en:Alaa al-Siddiq and eventually convinced a different user to move Ali Al Suleiman to mainspace. Global unlock for spesific IP address

Hello Joseagush, unfortunately this IP range can't be unblocked now, as it was engaged in huge cross-wiki vandalism, and as you read that the block will end on 11 March 2022, (For more information, please see stalktoy/114.4.0.0/16. So you can:

Unblock this range on banwiki, as you've sysop flag. Go to Kusus:Kontribusi_pengguna/114.4.0.0/16 then choose (status lokal). Or,
(Preferred) Create account to your friend through Kusus:Buat akun.

Fulfilling global block request

I probably won't encounter you much outside of Meta since my main Wiki I edit on is enWiki and you have stated (or at least, implied) that you mainly edit on Arabic Wikipedia and it's counterpart (Arabic Wikibooks, Arabic Wikisource, etc), however I hope you keep up the good work wherever you may prefer to edit. Greetings, I hope you are better This user has made a very good unblock request on UTRS. I've copied it to EN:User talk:Badehmasare. However, he is globally locked as an LTA. The question is, then, is this a sock of an LTA or was he locked for a cross-wiki rampage at the time of his block on ENWIKI? In fact, I can't remember this user, but after digging in his account data and logs, I remember that this conversation was one of main reason to lock this account globally. Also, based on loginwiki and arwiki CU logs, the check reason "Sock of User:أليكس" (Please see CA). I can't find anything more of that.
