Notes
- Tickets for the Wikipedia tracks will be pre-released several months in advance of the public tickets and before any substantial promotion of said tickets outside of traditional Wikipedia promotional channels, ensuring that Wikipedians get priority booking of tickets. These tickets will be released at a cheaper price than the public tickets
- Sponsorship will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Full sponsorship packs can be found on the Wikimania London website www.wikimanialondon.org
- We believe judging from the number of attendees at DC and the expected attendance at for Hong Kong + considering the ideal geographical placement of London that attracting approximately 2000 wikipedias is a reasonable estimate
- It should be noted that the public track will include several tickets tiers such as student rates (which would also be offered as part of partnerships with the major universities of the city. i.e Imperial College London, UCL, LSE, City, Goldsmiths etc.)
- as of March 21, 1 U.S. dollar = 0.658804928 British pounds
