The associated page is used by the TitleBlacklist MediaWiki extension, and lists strings of regular expressions that may not be used as page titles or usernames on any Wikimedia projects. Any Meta-Wiki administrator or steward can edit this blacklist.

Proposed additions

This section is for proposing that a page title be blacklisted; add new entries at the bottom of the section. Provide links demonstrating widespread creation by multiple users or IP's. Completed requests will be marked as done or denied and archived. Proposed usernames can be checked at toollabs:meta/gusersearch/

• Please add Romulus Stoicescu and any variants to the title blacklist. Over the last two months, there has been wide spread disruption by an over eager child who has created many hoax (or greatly exaggerated) articles about themselves on dozens of languages. There's probably more that I've missed but this should be plenty of evidence....

Unlock name.

Greetings. I would like to ask you as administrators to unblock the name of the author, if it is of course not difficult. Is it possible to unlock? In 2013, there was a conflict of interest. The article was added to the text and pictures of the author. The author has mostly esoteric and spiritual themes. Over the years, there have been links to the media. It is possible that in 2013 the articles were more advertising, but over the years everything has changed. Does it make sense for me to create this topic in the blacklist discussions, since Someone may consider that the articles were advertising or was spam? This person was not notable and was creating many accounts and through them biographical articles for themself on dozens of wikis and over and over and over again, so it is not one where I expect that we would wish to remove the name on the request of one individual. I would suggest that you have the discussion on the wiki where you wish to create the article as the local administrators are able to locally override any global action.  — billinghurst sDrewth 21:39, 30 April 2019 (UTC)

--- Billinghurst, it was 2013, the author was just beginning to apparently engage in creative work. The one who did this, already realized his mistakes, and all this was a lesson to him. The author has more significance, there are links to the media and not only. Yes, in fact, in 2013 there was less significance. I was there, I saw and dealt with this vandalism over many months. I saw the block evasions, the morphing of detail, etc. I do not agree with your assessment. I am not personally willing to remove the name from the global blacklist on the evidence presented.

You have seen some vandalism, but this does not mean at all that this author did this vandalism. What evidence do you need, maybe links to the media? These links are a lot of them. In 2013, a text appeared on the artist’s work and several of his works. And is it vandalism? In my opinion not. I'm not asking for money from you, but just asking to unlock the name. If a person has created something new in art, is it now vandalism? In my opinion not. You unlock, and you will see that there will be no vandalism, but maybe it was not there at all. I understand that if something new in the art of creating something, it is also now considered vandalism. And creative people with God's gift must be entered into the black lists. I am not asking you to agree with my assessment. I am providing my assessment, and my advice of how you can proceed today. You are free to follow that advice or not. --- Why should I use local queries? These local requests do not work. They will say that you need to make a global request. I made this request. And I hear only that I can not or do not want to do it. Of course, I understand everything that you probably do not want to unlock, because all these years you thought it was spam and advertising. After all, hang a label on someone - this is the easiest. But time does not stand still, and no one will help in local requests, if they don’t want to help in global ones, and continue to give out some kind of vandalism or something else. Some vulgar names are blocked on your blacklist. Does a person’s name refer to vulgarity? No, it does not.
