What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - The purpose of this campaign is to increase awareness of the Wikimedia Foundation and the annual survey. The goal is to increase awareness of the survey so that when we run the survey again next year, our response rates will increase

Metrics - This is the first year we have created this banner, so we will see what our click rate looks like.

Banners - The banner is currently being translated by volunteer translators. There are three messages that will be cycled.
