What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - The goal of this campaign is to increase response rates from volunteer developers to the Wikimedia Communities and Contributors survey. In 2017, we got 115 responses for this audience group. While the total population is unknown for this group, we believe we can increase the response rates in the upcoming survey.

Metrics - 200+ responses from volunteer developers to Wikimedia communities and contributors survey (Community Engagement Insights)

Banners - If you are volunteer developer, and have contributed code to any pieces of MediaWiki, gadgets, or tools, please take 30 to 40 minutes to complete this survey.
