助成金戦略の提案スライド集 - コミュニティ関与部門作成

この提案に至るまで、ご協力いただいた各方面に感謝します。聞き取りと協議、ブレインストームにご参加いただいたおかげで、当コミュニティ資源チーム（Community Resources Team）ではコミュニティ参加者の皆さんが新しい戦略に織り込みたいと願う4つの主要なテーマを割り出し、これを骨子にこの提案を作成することができました。

• Clarity about the rationale for the new grants program design.
• Decentralization - power sharing by using participatory committees with regional and thematic focuses.
• Centering equity in all aspects of the relaunch process and the grants program itself. Including a substantial increase of funding to emerging communities.
• Focus on capacity building and learning across affiliates and community members.

コミュニティ資源部門の役割案

コミュニティ資源チーム（Community Resources team）の役割も格上げし、それぞれの意義ある作業に補助金を申請するコミュニティについて、より総体的な支援を提供します。次の5分野において変更を提案します。

Program officers will orient around geographic regions or specific programs such as Learning and Evaluation and Technical Grants. Each regional program officer will also be the central point of contact for a priority thematic area (such as gender equity) in order to keep a strong connection with the global movement and to facilitate interactions with the communities and Foundation teams. Orienting program officers and committees around regions and thematic areas serves as an ideal pilot in preparation for the broader discussions of regional and thematic hubs.

We will prioritize proactive outreach to communities that have been left out by structures of power and privilege. Toward this end, we will have specific strategies to welcome and support new community members.
