Das Deoband Yoruba Collaborative Project (auch bekannt als DYCP) ist ein gemeinsames Projekt zwischen der Deoband Community Wikimedia und der Yoruba Wikimedians User Group. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, Inhalte, die mit der globalen Deobandi-Gelehrsamkeit zu tun haben, in die Yoruba-Sprach-Wikipedia aufzunehmen und auch die Aufnahme von "Yoruba-bezogenen" Inhalten in die Urdu-Wikipedia. Der offizielle Startschuss für das Projekt fiel am 25. Juni 2022 in einer interaktiven Session, an der Aafi und Olatunde Isaac teilnahmen.

• The second drive of the project is scheduled to run from 10 September to 25 September 2023.

Projektziele

The primary objective of the DYCP is to help document knowledge related and envisioned by the themes associated with DCW on Yoruba language Wikipedia, and in return, help document Yoruba-related knowledge on Indic-languages Wikipedias such as the Urdu Wikipedia.
