Proposal by Wikimedia Indonesia to support its annual plan with $227,385.

For the upcoming funding, Wikimedia Indonesia will focus on increasing Indonesian content in Wikimedia projects. We will do four big umbrella programs, Education Program, GLAM Program, Content Creation Program, and Community Program.

  • In Education Program, we will support Indonesian Wikimedia community. It serves as the community building for newcomers, capacity building for senior Wikimedian projects volunteers, and also engage the volunteers with Wikimedia Indonesia.
  • In GLAM Program, we plan to bring more organization to join Wikimedia movements and to share their knowledge, especially related to Indonesian contents.
  • In Content Creation Program, we focus on Wikidata projects for bridging the semantic gap from/to the official Indonesian open data portal, Wiki Loves Culture as we want to increase the image of Indonesian culture for Wikimedia Commons, Javanese OCR projects which plan to enable OCR for Javanese file in Wikisource, and Wiki Culture Writing Competition which is a writing competition specializing in Indonesian tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
  • In Community Program, we plan to strengthen Indonesian Wikimedian Community by having grants project and Indonesian Wikimedia Conference.

1. In order to support community review, please provide a brief description of your organization's work in the upcoming funding period.

For the upcoming funding, Wikimedia Indonesia will focus on increasing Indonesian content in Wikimedia projects. We will do four big umbrella programs, Education Program, GLAM Program, Content Creation Program, and Community Program.

4. How does your organization know what community members and contributors to online projects need or want? Does your organization conduct needs assessments or consult the contributors and volunteers most involved with its work?

Last year, we had strategic plan project for Wikimedia Indonesia from 2018 until 2022, we’ve discussed and consulted with our member (most of WMID members are Wikimedian projects volunteers) offline and online about what kind of program and projects that we need the most for Indonesian community.

For Education Program and Community Program, We also consulted with a lot of local languages communities, especially with Javanese, Sundanese, Minangkabaunese, and Gorontalo, we discussed in person or by phone, e-mail or media social.

For GLAM Program, we discussed with previous partners and potential new partners, we visited them and discuss the possibility of future collaboration.

For Content Creation, besides discussing with other volunteers and previous program participants, volunteers or committee, we also discussed with potential education institutional partners to collaborate with us.

Education Program

WikiLatih Indonesiana, a collaborative edit-a-thon event about various Indonesia topics with Goethe-Institut Indonesien dan Indorelawan.

Wikimedia Indonesia has been active in education program since the organization has been established. Since 2016, Wikimedia Indonesia has WikiLatih project, a project that dedicated to educating the newcomers and public about Wikimedia projects, especially, Wikipedia, Wikidata, Wikisource, and Wikimedia Commons. This program supports many aspects of Indonesian Wikimedian community, it serves as the community building for newcomers, capacity building for senior Wikimedian projects volunteers, and also engage the volunteers with Wikimedia Indonesia. This program was built from the scratch, we’ve changed and tested the program and plan to formulate it into a situation-based program, as we know, every place has their own different culture and value about how to get know better Wikimedia movements and projects.

This year, when we started to do the workshop in Cirebon, we chose the trainer who actively speaks Cirebonese (a dialects of Javanese, although by a lot of research it belongs in Javanese, some of the speakers regard it as different language), we chose local Cirebonese as we knew it’s good to have people who speak their own language to teach local people. It’s happened to Minangkabau community too, so when we would like to start the training in other location, we should make sure we can get in touch with Wikimedia projects volunteers or we know someone, who potentially can be a trainer after we meet them in our regular trainer, to train new user in their own language and own way, as we sometimes miss or lack of the pieces of knowledge of local cultures.

We will support two main projects in Education Program, WikiLatih (WikiTraining) and Wikipédia Menyang Sekolah (Wikipedia Goes to School).

WikiLatih (WikiTraining)

WikiLatih project consists of 3 different projects, Regular WikiLatih, WikiKopdar, and WikiPelatih.

  • Regular WikiLatih
    In WikiLatih, we educate newcomers about Wikimedia projects, how the Wikimedia projects work, and also how to engage and contribute to Wikimedia projects. This project also serves as the crucial part for newcomers and senior Wikimedia projects insight about how important those Wikimedia projects are. We also hope we can get more volunteers for this projects.
  • WikiKopdar
    WikiLatih Kopdar facilitates senior Wikimedian projects volunteers to engage with each other. In every Kopdar, we would ask them to make their own task for that day and let them contribute and giving time to socialize with each other, so they can building trust and support for each other.
  • WikiPelatih
    WikiLatih Pelatih is a pilot project of training the trainers for Cirebon community. We start to engage Cirebon community since last year SAPG grants. It also serves as a way to build volunteers capacity so they know tips and tricks how to hold their own WikiLatih events.

The beneficiaries of the project outputs are mainly for the new Wikimedia project users (WikiLatih), Wikimedian volunteers, as well as for Wikimedia projects readers that they can read new or improved topics in local language-Wikimedia projects in Indonesia

Wikipédia Menyang Sekolah (Wikipedia Goes to School)

The Javanese language belongs to top 20 languages with the most native speakers. The number of native speakers is amazingly high according to some statistics by exceeding 90 million native speakers (2013). However, the figure does not reflect the literacy of the people in their own native language. Wikipedia is a result of literacy. Since 2004, there has been the Javanese Wikipedia. Despite that large number of speakers, the Javanese Wikipedia grows very slowly that it results in many questions. Does it have something to do with literacy? Is it because the Internet penetration in the Java Island is low? Why does Google scarcely show the Javanese Wikipedia articles on its search engine? Is the Javanese language too difficult to write? More questions go on. After nearly 14 years, the number of articles finally exceeds 50,000 articles, yet it is far behind the Basque Wikipedia with around 280,000 articles and spoken by 635,000 people. Several programs have been implemented to increase the growth of the Javanese Wikipedia. The earliest programs were two Papad Limpad I & II, writing competitions for university students centred in Semarang, Central Java. It saw the influx of edits during the competition but did not grow a community. As the competitions ended, editors were also gone. Over the course of 2016-18, other writing competitions were held, labelled Wiki Mrebawani I & II. This time, it was with the aim of building a Javanese Wikipedia community. The competition itself targeted public in general and the participants came from various background. Finally, in 2017 along with the Wiki Mrebawani II, the Javanese Wikipedia community was established with the current members now are around 20 people. They also set up Omah Wikipédia (English: Wikipedia House), a community space for those intending to learn writing Javanese on Wikipedia and for training new users. Establishing a community is proved effective in easing communication between users whenever they need help on Wikipedia, so they know who and where to consult. Moreover, the existence of a community makes it possible for the Javanese Wikipedia to manage several social media accounts that these days are necessary for outreaching. Announcing those competitions as a new means of preserving Javanese in online medium proved successful in attracting participants joining the competitions. During the Wiki Mrebawani II (2017-18), 94 people enrolled the competition and created over 2,169 articles. The figure is almost three times of the first Wiki Mrebawani with 34 participants and 778 articles. The goals of upcoming programs will not go far beyond growing the Javanese Wikipedia community and preserving the Javanese language.

Users and uses

The beneficiaries of the project outputs are high school students, university students, teachers, and lecturers. Wikipédia Menyang Sekolah is a pilot project working on the integration of Wikipedia with the school/university curricula. We would like to challenge education institutions on how to do the assignment with Wikipedia. The result of this project is going to be beneficial for a further project working with the same scheme.

Besides, this project is to challenge the Javanese language lesson in class that has been considered boring and technologically-not-advanced. At the end of the day, it is to rub out the stereotype that the Javanese language does not fit with the advancement of technology and to be supportive of the preservation of the language.

GLAM Program

In the previous years, Wikimedia Indonesia has started GLAM activities in Indonesia by collaborating with local institutions and publisher. The main reason for this program is to help to digitize the collections of magazines and manuscripts from local institutions in Indonesia. Several of those institutions need infrastructures for digitizing. They also need funds for conserving and maintaining the collections from damage. Wikimedia Indonesia wants to bring them to the device and reduce the operational time and cost of digitization of those collections.

In 2016, Wikimedia Indonesia once digitized Horison Magazine from 1966 to 1991 editions and are now available in Wikimedia Commons in Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International. The aim of this effort is to preserve the magazines in digital format, thus they can be read digitally by readers.

Later in 2017, under Wiki Favano program (SAPG grants), Wikimedia Indonesia and two local institutions: Yayasan Sastra Lestari and Dewantara Kirti Griya Museum, have an agreement to collaborate in digitizing Kajawen Magazine and documents from the 1st Ministry of Education of Republic of Indonesia, en:Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s library. Kajawen Magazine was published before the Indonesia independence containing stories in Javanese language and useful material for Wikipedia references. Since the magazines are written in Javanese scripts, Wikimedia Indonesia willing to preserve the magazines in digital format for later uses, such as for the samples used by OCR software during the development and can be imported to Javanese Wikisource to be transcribed. The documents from Dewantara Kirti Griya Museum are the correspondence during Dutch colonization. Most of the documents are in Dutch language and has been translated to Bahasa Indonesia to aid Indonesian people to understand the content of the documents.

In 2018, Wikimedia Indonesia would like to reach more local institutions in Indonesia to spread Wikimedia Indonesia’s missions and to increase the Indonesian content in Wikimedia Commons. As per April 2018, there are four new institutions had Wikimedia Indonesia approached for possible collaboration. They are Bandung Geological Museum, Indonesia Air Force, Minangkabau Culture Documentation & Information Centre and Minang Corner, and Ajip Rosidi’s Library in West Java. Bandung Geological Museum has plenty of geological photos which might useful to enrich Wikipedia article contents. On the other hand, Ajip Rosidi’s Library has old Sundanese and Indonesian manuscripts that the copyright might have ended and could be shared to Wikimedia Commons.

Users and uses

The beneficiaries of the project outputs will be the researchers, academics, and the Wikimedia community. The researchers and academicians could use the free materials about Ki Hadjar’s way of thinking for educational or academic purposes, while the Wikimedia community could use the files to be used in Wikisource for transcribing. Furthermore, this project can benefit the museum. In addition to providing data backup when the disaster occurs, the museum can provide visual support for online visitor besides offline ones. Documents produced at the end of this project will be in digital forms. Letters from Museum Tamansiswa Dewantara Kirti Griya, for instance, will be available in Bahasa Indonesia after translation process.

Photos from Bandung Geological Museum will be used in Wikipedia articles about geology and its subtopics, especially articles in Indonesian Wikipedia, where all photos were taken in Indonesia mining farms.

The project will be a further step toward the framework of a collective repository of digital manuscripts, including roles of governments and non-government actors in the issue.

Impact

The outputs of this project will be documented and disseminated through wiki platform for sharing and preserving. This will be useful if the institutions do not have their own system or storage to organize the files.

Wikimedia Indonesia invites museums, researchers, or similar institutions when the project is launched. This will engage them to document old texts that may be useful for people in general and provide them with the technology to do the effort.

  • Uploads of geological-themed photos from Bandung Geological Museum in the amount of 1000 sheets
  • Digitization of Sundanese manuscripts from Ajip Rosidi’s Library in the amount of 500 pages
  • Uploads of military photos from the Indonesian Air Force in the amount of 1000 sheets
  • Translation of Dutch-language documents into Bahasa Indonesia
  • Three Wikisource workshop for new users. Each batch invites 10 participants to transcribe the scanned documents, if available.

Content Creation Program

Wikimedia projects are still lacking Indonesian local content, mainly because we have more than 300 ethnic groups with more than 700 living languages and in fact we only have 10 languages that have their own Wikipedia projects: Acehnese, Minangkabau, Malay, Indonesian, Javanese, Javanese Banyumasan, Sundanese, Banjar, Buginese, and Tetum. Since last year, although we’re still focusing to grow Javanese and Sundanese projects, we also start to support Minangkabau and also Cirebon projects. This is part of content creation and diversification. Since 2016, we also try to improve Wikidata content with more than 90.000 administration level divisions in Indonesia. The data is important because it can serve as a basis to support linking data across multiple sources. Wikimedia Indonesia also plans to have collaboration with the educational institutions to bridging those local content gaps. In Content Creation Program we focus on three Wikimedia projects: Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons, and Wikisource.

Bridging the Semantic Gap between Wikidata and data.go.id

data.go.id (also called One Data Indonesia) is an official Indonesian open data portal. Statistically, data.go.id has around 2600 datasets, while Wikidata describes over 45 million entities. Even though both Wikidata and data.go.id share a common goal of publishing data, there is still a wide gap in how data provided by both parties can be linked to each other. This interoperability issue hinders not only data consuming but also data publishing itself. This project is supported by lecturers of Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia, Wikidataists, and also supporters of open knowledge and open data, Adila A. Krisnadhi, Ph.D. nd Fariz Darari, Ph.D.

The main challenge of the project is how to provide a semantic bridge between Wikidata and data.go.id, providing linking between the two data publishers. Concretely, the project task is two-fold:

  1. Data Import: identify what data in data.go.id can potentially be imported to Wikidata, create a framework for such imports, and implement imports as showcases.
  2. Semantic Enrichment: analyze what data in data.go.id can potentially be enriched by linking with Wikidata entities, create a framework for such semantic enrichment, and as showcases, implement the proposed semantic enrichment over data.go.id datasets and demonstrate its added value (e.g., through the use of API or SPARQL with Web queries over data.go.id). More precisely, named entity linking is performed between tables (i.e., cell values and column names) in data.go.id, and entities (i=.e., items and properties) in Wikidata.
Users and uses

The beneficiaries of the project outputs are mainly Wikidata and data.go.id users themselves (ranging from application developers to government employees), as well as researchers and academics. Other parties interested in conducting similar projects (e.g., linking data.gov.uk to Wikidata, linking data.gov to Wikidata) may adopt our approaches.

Impact

The most tangible impact would be the creation of links between data in Wikidata and data.go.id through data imports and semantic enrichment: (i) Data publishing: data.go.id can be an excellent data import source for Wikidata, that is, increase the amount of (quality) data over Wikidata; and (ii) Data consuming: data.go.id may benefit from the interlinkedness of Wikidata for more fine-grained data search and discovery. So, this project provides values for both Wikidata and data.go.id. Below we list use cases from the linking results.

Use Case 1: Islamic high schools in West Java Province From the dataset of Islamic high schools in data.go.id, it is not directly known which are the provinces of the high schools. For example, the screenshot below shows a row in the dataset, which is about As-Solehhiyah. While the address (in ID: alamat) is provided, there is no direct information whether the Bandung Regency (in ID: Kabupaten Bandung) is located in West Java Province. Consequently, the query asking for all Islamic High Schools in West Java Province will miss this row in the query result.

Our approach enables adding background knowledge in the following way: the entities in the address value are extracted, giving (among others) the Wikidata entity of the Bandung Regency (Q10332). Now that the value is now linked to Wikidata, we may rely on the knowledge already existing in Wikidata: that Bandung Regency is located in West Java Province (Q3724). As a consequence, the query now includes As-Solehhiyah in the query result.

Use Case 2: How many percents is the mineral production of a company exported?

Consider the two datasets in data.go.id, first the dataset of Mineral Exports (as shown above), and second the dataset of Mineral Production (as shown below).

Consider now the question: how many percents is nickel ore production of the Aneka Tambang company exported? Answering this question requires much manual work: we first have to find which datasets contain Aneka Tambang’s mineral production and export, and then compute the export percentage. With our approach to enriching texts in data.go.id with Wikidata annotations and lifting the structure of the texts, we will have a unified view of data. Aneka Tambang will be annotated with the Wikidata entity Q12472074. Moreover, Aneka Tambang’s commodities can be aligned with commodity entities in Wikidata such as nickel (Q744) and gold (Q897). The columns, such as komoditas (in EN: commodity) will be annotated with the Wikidata property P1056. The annotations are then put back to Wikidata. Looking for inter-dataset information like the question above can be performed within just a single SPARQL with Web query over Wikidata. Having a more structured and automated way of retrieving information would ease the creation of similar queries, say when we also want to know the export percentage of other companies than Aneka Tambang.

Another issue that can be solved by leveraging Wikidata is the aliasing issue, that is when an entity goes by several names. For example, Aneka Tambang is sometimes called Antam. Wikidata stores alias information of entities, as shown in the figure below. Thus, by using Wikidata as an aliasing mediator, whenever there is the text “Antam” occurring in a dataset in data.go.id, we may, therefore, infer that this is actually about the same entity which also goes by the text “Aneka Tambang”. Now, when looking for datasets about “Aneka Tambang” in data.go.id, the results would also include datasets about “Antam” and Aneka Tambang’s other aliases. Hence, the discoverability of data.go.id’s datasets are improved, thanks to Wikidata.

We envision that by the end of the project, we will achieve the following outputs:

  • 1 bachelor thesis of Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia (also serves as the project documentation)
  • 2 international conference/workshop publications
  • 4 instances of Wikidata data importing from data.go.id, which should create or improve around 20000 statements (or items)
  • 50 Wikidata-annotated data.go.id datasets, which should create around 1000 links between data.go.id and Wikidata
  • 1 live system for demonstrating usages (e.g., data visualization, data discovery) of created links (from data imports, and semantic enrichment) between Wikidata and data.go.id
  • 2 Wikidata tutorial (or workshop) sessions for brainstorming and result dissemination (to be aligned with WikiLatih, a project by Wikimedia Indonesia to provide training of Wikimedia products) with the expected number of participants of around 40 participants/session, which should create or improve around 100 Wikidata statements or items.
  • Intangible output: Collaboration between Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia and Wikimedia Indonesia, opening paths for more collaboration in the future. Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia’s research results will be published in an open manner, and publications (or their pre-prints) will be freely accessible.
Technology Stack

To realize our goal of linking between data.go.id and Wikidata (and making use of the linking results), we rely on Linked Data technologies, standardized by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium), as well as NLP (Natural Language Processing) and text mining. The W3C Linked Data technology stack is composed of: (1) RDF (Resource Description Framework) for data publishing and linking; (2) OWL (Web Ontology Language) for building vocabularies for data; and (3) SPARQL (SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language) for querying data. We use these technologies so that our results will be conformant to the existing open standards of linking data on the (Semantic) Web.

NLP and text mining techniques are used for processing the content of data.go.id, which, despite the table representation, is actually semi-structured only since table columns and values are still of the text form. In particular, these techniques extract entities and relations that exist (though still implicitly) in datasets. The extracted entities and relations will then be represented using Linked Data technologies as above and aligned to Wikidata entities and relations.


Wiki Cinta Budaya (Wiki Loves Culture)

There are more than 300 ethnic groups in Indonesia with various culture, while we’re still lack of their free image documentation in Wikimedia Commons. Last year, we successfully hold Wiki Cinta Alam (Wiki Loves Earths, with more than 3,000 pictures from 25 provinces, 400 of them are being used in various Wikimedia projects. WLE Indonesia winners also were placed in 4th and 7th winners in WLE International Competition.

This project aims to document Indonesian culture through the first edition of Wiki Loves Culture photo contest. This photo contest will also be a good platform to socialize the Creative Commons license.

Users and uses
  • Wikimedia Commons: as the main platform where the pictures will be uploaded
  • Wikipedia Bahasa Indonesia: eligible pictures from the photo contest will be used as the illustration on relevant Wikipedia articles
  • Wikipedia and Wikivoyage projects in other languages having articles about Indonesian cultures

  • Increasing reach: inviting new contributors to Wikimedia Commons
  • Increasing quality: high-quality pictures which were previously unavailable in free license will enrich the archiving of Indonesian culture for wider use.

Javanese Character Recognition for Preserving Historical Manuscripts

The transition of mechanical printing to electronic information dissemination has triggered a digital renaissance, an era which is marked by the reborn of the primary sources and historical documents in digital forms. The main motivation of digitizing such documents is to preserve their content as well as their existence. Besides, such documents could be passed on to the next generation as a source of references on culture development, traditions, and identity of a nation on a specific period of time.

The process of digitizing historical documents and manuscripts will not stop when they have been scanned and saved in the image format (jpg or png). The disadvantages of saving document image lie on its size, which requires huge space of storage, and inflexible access. This problem could be solved by Optical Character Recognition (OCR) which turns a character image into a searchable character text. For this reason, this project focuses on the building of OCR engine for recognizing Javanese characters from scanned Javanese manuscripts.

The short-term objective of this project is to develop a software prototype which is capable of recognizing Javanese characters in optical forms and maps them into their Unicode symbols. In a long-term, this project aims to transliterate Javanese characters into Latin alphabets and to enhance the prototype’s recognition rate by elaborating the segmentation and pre-processing stage and finding a model for the post-correction process. This project is supported by lecturers of Informatics Department, Duta Wacana Christian University, Dr. phil. Lucia D. Krisnawati and Aditya W. Mahastama, S.Kom, M.Cs.

Users and uses

The beneficiaries of the project outputs are mainly for Wikisource projects and its volunteers, as well as researchers and academics. Wikisource users can input all Javanese characters from the sources effectively and efficiently. The researchers and academics or Javanese enthusiast can easily find their targeted information by input Javanese character Unicode, instead of reading all of the raw material.

Impact

The concrete impact of this project would be a web-based OCR-software prototype for recognizing Javanese characters. The software would be synchronized to the Wiki’s use case so that its outputs could be publicly accessible. Such use case would lead to the opening of essential Indonesian, especially, Javanese historical sources and enable historians and humanities experts to conduct their original researchers based on the publicly available primary sources. As the first project on Javanese to Javanese character recognition, this research project would surely stimulate researchers on the digitization of historical documents in Indonesia. Lastly, this project contributes to increasing the number of more accessible Javanese sources in terms of searchable character text on Wikimedia.

Wiki Culture Writing Competition

Ganesha project team. Social science writing competition in Indonesian Wikipedia, collaboration with Goethe-Institut Indonesien.

As part of our commitment to creating more local contents in Indonesian Wikipedia, we will organize a writing competition specializing in Indonesian tangible and intangible cultural heritage.

Users and uses

This project will spearhead the written documentation of Indonesian’s many cultural practices, representations, expressions, knowledge, customs, and skills. It will benefit Indonesian Wikipedia’s reader as there is still a lack of content on local knowledge. The competition will make use of the images from Wiki Loves Culture to illustrate the encyclopedic content created by the participants.

Community Program

Indonesian Wikimedia projects community from various projects

Indonesian community has very actively engaged with Wikimedia projects, but most of the Indonesian volunteers we hardly know them, even by Indonesian volunteers too. We can send them a message online or virtually meet, but we haven’t yet met a lot of them in person. We’re also aware of their user privacy, but when we start to engage potential users in some area, we would like to have them to work together and build community in their location. Indonesia is a very potential place to build a larger Wikimedia community, as more than a half of our population (143.26 million internet users) are using the Internet right now, but only a small amount who know how Wikimedia projects works. Also, we saw a potential increase of Indonesian community in international Wikimedia community, as we know there is lack of Indonesian community participation, even in Wikimania, or another international community events. We finally realize that a lot of users thinking that language barrier is one of the biggest issues. As English, it’s not first, second or even third language (usually local language is our first or second language, following by Indonesian as our second or third language), it makes them reluctant to connect with another part of the world or international community. So, we need to strengthen Indonesian community by having the local conference, in order to build the capacity building, as well as train them how to do their own projects, without any worries of language barrier anymore, especially if they want to apply for Rapid Grants or Projects Grants for the future by themselves.

Rapid grants

Rapid grants is localized version of Rapid Grants program by Wikimedia Foundation. Since several years ago, we can count by hand the number of Indonesian volunteers who apply the grant to WMF. As we further discuss with our community, one of the main reason is language barrier, most of Indonesian are afraid writing their own project in English, so Wikimedia Indonesia would like to tackle this problem, by use of Indonesian language for every proposal and they don’t need to write their own report in English. Wikimedia Indonesia will handle the narrative and financial report to the Wikimedia Foundation.

Users and uses

The beneficiaries of the project outputs are mainly for Indonesian volunteers who want to initiate their projects or even to support their contribution in Wikimedia projects.

Impact

This project will increase the participation from Indonesian community to the global movements. They can also learn how to start or manage the project from Wikimedia Indonesia’s experience, as it’s the initial step for them, to know better about Wikimedia grant program.

Indonesian Wikimedian Conference

Indonesian Wikimedian Conference will be our first national conference for Indonesian, as we see growing in number and contribution but we rarely meet in person. This event will be our new step to establish and plan together our commitment in Wikimedia projects.

Users and uses

The beneficiaries of the project outputs are Wikimedian projects communities and volunteers. They can connect with other communities and volunteers, and can join and start the collaboration after the conference.

Impact

This project will increase the participation of Indonesian community, building, and strengthen the relationship within community.
