Markus Kroetzsch[edit]

As of 2014, I am a researcher at TU Dresden, where I am leading an research group focussing on knowledge representation and data management. I created the popular MediaWiki extension Semantic MediaWiki and I have helped to design Wikidata. Before coming to Dresden in 2013, I was a Departmental Lecturer at the University of Oxford, and before that I obtained my PhD at the KIT in Karlsruhe. You can find more information about my doings at my homepage http://korrekt.org. There you can also find my current email address.

Julian Mendez[edit]

As of January 2014, I am a PhD candidate at TU Dresden, where I got my Master's degree in Computational Logic. My research topic is about lightweight description logics, and I have developed a semantic reasoner for these types of logics. Before the deployment of Wikidata, I operated an interwiki bot to fix and synchronize interwiki links.

Fredo Erxleben[edit]

I am a diploma student at the TU Dresden, with a focus on hardware and operating systems. Lead by a preference for open source software, I hope to support the Wikidata-project with my humble contributions.

Fredo's work in the project is supported by the German Research Foundation (DFG).

Michael Günther[edit]

Since 2012 I am diploma student at the TU Dresden. With interest for free software and the Wikimedia projects I want to contribute to Wikidata.

Michael's work in the project is supported by the German Research Foundation (DFG).
