What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
I am trying to solve the problem of harassment among wikipedia editors.
What is your solution?[edit]
I have taken a brief look at the causes and effects of harassment on-wiki and I think if editors take a course that will educate them on the Wiki team field, there would be a huge sink down of the harassment bar chart and more productivity.

I'm Daniel. I'm a sociology sophomore at the University of Ilorin, I'm a social entreprenuer building webservices like foundoncampus.com to help my community. I am still very new on wiki.
