  • Internet presentation:
For needs of competition, domen used for last year presentation was financed this year as well and the web presentation was updated. Site was conceptualized in such manner so to provide informations in three categories: about the competition and lists of heritage sites, about advices concerning security and creation of quality photographs and about organizationa team. Also, during the competition, page which gives insight into photographs sent until that moment was created. The entire site has about 300,000 bytes of textual content!
    • Lists of cultural and natural heritage sites:
Natural and cultural heritage sites were presented on two separate pages with emphisized statistics about their number and classification, with other general data on the protected heritage sites. The actual lists of natural and cultural heritage sites and goods were given in pair of additional pages. Lists, beside the name of the heritage in question and ID gives data on locality as well, institution responsible for maintenance, IUCN category, surface it covers, type of protection provided and in most cases geolocation. Many immovable cultural heritage can be found, beside the List of Monuments of the Republic of Srpska, on National list of monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well. These data and categories of provided protection were added to the basic information on the list of the stationary cultural heritage.
    • Safety:
Special attention was given to safety - of the monuments themselves and of the participants in the competition as well. Estimates show that about 2,3% of Bosnia and Herzegovina territory is under mines and that only 60% of minefileds has been detected and marked. Some of the dangerous areas are quite near the heritage sites, therefore a special instruction was written on precautions which should be taken in regard on personal safety, with information about the actual state on the ground and institutions and services responsible for these issues. Given the fact that many cultural goods are fragile while natural ones are easly influences by man, participants of the competition were advised to take heed of their influence on plant life and state of the monuments while in the field. Attention was given as well to animals which dwell in protected natural and water areas and preservation of their peace.
    • Advices and guidance:
Wishing to bring competition as close as possible to professional standards in photography, site of the competition had a special page dedicated to instructing amateur photographers in eight most vital tips and tricks through which use they could create quality photos. These are advices on landscape photography, light in photo frame, nighttime photography, wide angle, main motifs, movement around the object in question, proper use of one third rule during photo session and photography in frame. All advices mentioned above are illustrated.
For all of those who didn’t had earlier experiences with Wikimedia Commons and photography addition, direct links toward upload wizard for Commons were placed. Step by step instructions in Serbian language regarding explanation on the proper uploading procedure and marking of photographs was made as well.
  • Jury and grading:
Jury was composed from six members: three professional and award-winning photographers, one award winning architect, one expert in mass communications and one editor and representative of Wikipedia in Serbian language. Short biographies of all jury members were placed on the site of the competition.
    • Jury application:
During process of photography grading, tool borrowed from Wikimedia Austria was used. Wikimedia Austria team which worked on their project Wiki loves Earth - Austria 2015 created the tool and it was used for the last year Traces of Soul 2015 competition as well.
    • Grading:
Jury members received their user accounts named Jury 1, Jury 2 … Jury 6. Accounts were distrubuted randomly so the members weren’t aware which accounts belong to their colleagues. All jury members received instructions and examples of evaluation process. 2042 photographs were reviewed and selection of the best was done. Jury members were supposed to have seven days initally for evaluation but they finished their obligations in shorter time frame. Jury chose Top#10 photographs in categories of Natural heritage and Stationary Cultural heritage.
    • Award presentation and prize-giving ceremony exhibition opening:
Twenty best photographies (10 in each category) was presented in Andricgrad, in Visegrad. On the first day, festive opening ceremony was organized during which public proclamation of the best photos was done toghether with exhibition opening. About 70 people were present for the opening. During the program those gathered had opportunity to acquaint themselves with Wikimedia mission and work of the local Wikimedia community. After the official part of the program, cocktail was organized for the participants. Photography exhibition last for ten days after the initial opening.
  • Wikipedia:
On Wikipedia in Serbian and Serbo-Croatian announcements regarding competition were placed. On Serbian Wikipedia special page with necessary information and instructions was created as well. Likewise, two articles dealing with natural and cultural heritage monuments and two pages with list of heritage sites were update as well. These five pages, all together have size of 161.077 bytes.
  • Wikimedia Commons:
Informations concerning competition were placed on Wikimedia Commons. The dual language page contains detalied info on competition, propositions and rewards. Size of the page, shown in bytes is 13.040.
  • Photo-tour:
As part of the project activities, three photo tours were realized in different parts of the Republic of Srpska:
    • First photo tour
The first photo tour was realized in area of about 15 km. Photo-tour was organized in cooperation with local partners, Touristic Organization of Višegrad City, Touristic Organization of New Goražde and municipality New Goražde. Five people pariticipated. Some 200 photos were collected, and after selection, 141 photo was uploaded to Wikimedia Commons. 4 monuments, which were in the targeted area, were included. Special challenge for the team was photography of one very unaccessable monument. Hike to it lasted for about an hour with terrain inclination of 7% which makes these photographs very valuable.
    • Second photo-tour
Second photo-tour was realized on area covering 20 km. Partners were municipality of Sokolca and Institution for Culture “Pero Kosorić”. 8 people participated In this photo-tour. 7 heritage sites was included and after review and selection, to Wikimedia Commons 201 photo was uploaded.
    • Third photo-tour
Third photo-tour was realized on the territory of the municipality of Gacko in cooperation with Photo Cinema club Trebinje. After mapping the area of interest, rout of about 20 km was set. 7 photographs took part in this part of the project. 297 photographies were created and after selection, 156 photos found themselves uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons. 11 monuments were included.
  • Wikimedia Commons:
Technical support within the organizationa team, using the last years good practices, created templates, categories and a whole campaign. Dual language visal identities were used and, with Wikimedia Commons, pages with information on competition, finalists and the whole competition procedure were created. During competition and afterwards, all received photographs were reviewed so to remove mistakes or ommissions created by users through erroneus use of categories or templates.
  • Media Cover:
In the first part of its realization, project caused significatn ammount of media interest. 31 articles regarding this project was published by 28 media from Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Besides this, one state television did two segments on competition. Three radio stations supported the project through guest appearances in radio shows and appearing live in radio programs.
  • Edit-a-thon:

Edit-a-thon was held within two days of activities in Sokolac. College of utility business, with which it previously cooperated, provided us with adequate space for the realization of the marathon. Marathon was thematically focused on writing articles about the natural and cultural resources of the Republic of Srpska. There were 8 people, of which 4 females and 4 males. It was written 15 articles, of which 10 new and 5 amended. It’s written 22.190 bytes, total. For the purposes of QR codes it has been written and amended 17 articles, 4 of which are new and 13 amended.

  • Collaboration with institutions:
    • Republic institute for cultural-historical and natural heritage protection:
The very beginning of realization of project streaming is meant to establish cooperation with the institution that is responsible for issuing the lists of protected goods- Republic Institute for Protection of Cultural, Historical and Natural Heritage of the Republic of Serbian. Cooperation has been established and we were given information about the status of the monument. Also, the Department sent a letter to support the project.
    • Visegrad city touristic organization:
Tourist organization of Višegrad has provided support and assistance during the competition organization and implementation of the first photo-tour, which was implemented at the crossroads of municipalities Visegrad and Novo Gorazde. Tourist organization of Višegrad has helped in determining the route collecting accurate information about the security situation on the ground and mined areas. Also, she promote the project on its website.
    • SECC “Prosvjeta”
The cooperation with the Serbian educational and cultural society from Visegrad has been made. They supported the project and promote it in the community. Branch SPKD "Prosvjeta" which deals with theater and acting provided an actor who was the head of the program during the ceremony of the winners and the exhibition of the winning photos.
    • Tourist Organisation of the Republic of Srpska
Apart from the Republic Institute for Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage, an important support for the project has provided the Tourist Organization of Republic of Srpska. Support was reflected in the promotion of competition on their official website and other smaller tourist of organizations sites, which operate under the auspices of the Tourist Organization of the Republic of Srpska. Also, while locating resources, our volunteers recived help from smaller units tourism organizations throughout the Republic of Serbian, depending on the region in which the data od resource were located.
    • Tourist Organisation of Novo Gorazde
Tourist organization of Novo Gorazde, in addition to promoting the project, provided support during the implementation of the first photo-tours. In cooperation with the municipality of Novo Gorazde who provided guides, sport utility vehicle and driver, which were necessary in the circumstances on the ground and photographed inaccessibility of goods.
    • The municipality of Sokolac
While realization of second photo-tours and editorial marathon municipality of Sokolac gave support to competition through the promotion of the project on the site, and local, city portals. Also, for the realization of the editorial marathon they gave an adequate and technically equipped space.
    • Institution of Culture "Pero Kosorić"
Institution of Culture "Pero Kosorić" has provided generous support during the organization and realization of the two-day activity in Sokolac. At the local level she have been identified participants interested in editing and photo-marathon tour. While implementing these activities they provided assistance in mapping the area and determining the route and obtaining permission photograph the religious buildings - churche and a mosque.
    • Photo Cinema Club Trebinje
In collaboration with Photo Cinema Club Trebinje third photo-tour in Herzegovina has been realized. Besides promoting the project, their support was reflected in the areas of mapping, routing, promotion of events in the local community and the participation of members of the Photo Cinema Club in the implementation of the third photo-tours in the municipality of Gacko, in Herzegovina.
  • Интернет презентација
За потребе такмичења домен кориштен за прошлогодишњи пројекат је финансиран и ове године док је интернет презентација проширена и побољшана. Сајт је конципиран тако да корисницима пружи информације из три категорије: о такмичењу и списковима, о савjетима који се тичу безбjедности и прављењу добрих фотографија и информације о организационом тиму. Током такмичења направљена је страница која омогућава увид у број фотографија послатих до тог тренутка. Цијели сајт је имао око 300,000 бајтова текстуалног садржаја!
    • Спискови добара:
Природна и културна добра презентована су у двије посебне странице на којима су истакнуте статистике о њиховој бројности и класификацији као и општи подаци о заштићеним добрима. На двије различите странице дати су сами спискови. Списак природних добара, поред општег имена и ИД садржи податке о локалитету, надлежном управљању, IUCN категорији, површини коју захвата, врсти заштите и у највећем броју случајева геолокацију. Многи непокретни споменици се поред листе споменика Р. Српске, налазе и на Националној листи споменика Босне и Херцеговине. Ови подаци као и саме категорије заштите додати су основним информацијама на списку заштићених непокретних културних добара.
    • Безбједност:
Посебан акценат стављен је на безбједност - како споменика тако и учесника фото-конкурса. Процјењује се да око 2,3% територије Босне и Херцеговине чине сумњива минска подручја и да је тек 60% минских поља регистровано. Нека од небезбједних подручја налази се у непосредној близини добара. Због тога је написано посебно упутство о вођењу рачуна о личној безбједности, уз навођење информација о стању на терену и надлежним службама. С обзиром да су многа културна добра у крхком стању, а природна добра подложна утицају човјека, учесницима такмичења савјетовано је да посебно воде рачуна о осјетљивости биљака и о нарушавању изгледа споменика. Пажња је посвећена и животињама које живе у заштићеним шумама и водама и очувању њиховог мира.
    • Савјети и упутства:
У жељи да се такмичење приближи како професионалним фотографима тако и аматерима написано је осам најпотребнијих савјета и трикова уз помоћ којих се могу направити квалитетне фотографије. То су савјети о фотографисању пејзажа, о свјетлости у кадру, о ноћној фотографији, о крупном плану, о главним мотивима, о кретању око објекта, о правилу трећине и о фотографисању у оквиру. Сви савјети пропраћени су фото-примјерима.
Свима онима који се нису сусретали са Викимедијином оставом и додавањем фотографија, постављени су директни линкови ка чаробњаку за слање на Оставу. Такође направљена су и корак-по-корак упутства на српском језику која сликовито и уз објашњење приказују поступак правилног слања и обиљежавања фотографије.
  • Жири и оцjењивање
Жири је био састављен од шест чланова: три професионална и награђивана фотографа, један награђивани архитекта, један експерт за масовне комуникације и један представник и уредник Википедије на српском језику. Кратке биографије свих чланова жирија постављене су на сајту.
  • Алатка за оцјењивање:
Током процеса оцјењивања фотографија, коришћен је алат позајмљен од Викимедије Аустрије. Тим Викимедије Аустрије који је радио на пројекту Вики воли Земљу - Аустрија 2015. створио је алатку која је коришћена и за прошлогодишњи пројекат Трагом душе 2015.
  • Оцјењивање:
Чланови жирија добили су своје корисничке налоге именоване са Жири 1, Жири 2 … Жири 5. Налози су подјељени насумично, тако да чланови нису знали који налог припада колегама. Сви чланови жирија су добили пропратна упутства и примјере оцјењивања. Прегледано је свих 2042 фотографија и извршена је селекција за жири. Првобитно је планирано да чланови жирија имају на располагању седам дана за оцјењивање али су они свој посао обавили за краћи период. Жири је изабрао Топ#10 фотографија у категоријама Природна добра и Непокретна културна добра.
  • Церемонија проглашења побједника и отварање изложбе
Двадесет најбољих фотографија (по десет из обе категорије) презентовано је у Андрићграду. Првог изложбеног дана уприличено је свечано отварање изложбе и јавно проглашење побједника ком је присуствовало око 70 особа. У оквиру програма, поред представљања фото-прјекта и резултата конкурса, присутни су имали прилику да се упознају са Викимедијином мисијом и радом локалне Викимедијине заједнице. Након програмског дијела, дружење је настављено уз коктел. Поставка фотографија била је изложена десет дана.
  • Википедијa:
  • На Википедијама на српском и на српско-хрватском језику постављена су обавјештења о такмичењу. На српској вики направљена је посебна страница са неопходним информацијама и упутствима. Такође, написана су два чланка посвећна природним и културним споменицима, као и две странице са списковима добара које су дорађене. Укупна величина ових 5 страница износи 161.077 бајта.
  • Викимедијина остава:
Информације о такмичењу постављене су и на Викимедијиној остави. На двојезичној страни написане су детаљне информације о такмичењу, пропозицији и наградама. Величина странице изражена у бајтовима износи 13.040.
  • Фото-тура:
Као дио пројектних активности, реализоване су три фото-туре у различитим дијеловима Републике Српске.
    • Прва фото-тура

Прва фото-тура реализована је на подручју радијуса од 15км. Фото-тура је реализована у сарадњи са локалним партнерима - Туристичком оранизацијом Вишеграда, Туристичком организацијом Ново Горажде и Општином Ново Горажде. Унапријед је испланирана рута и провјерено безбједносно стање на терену. Учествовало је пет учесника. Прикупљено је око 200 фотографија, а након селекције на Викимедијину оставу је постављена 141 фотографија. Покривена су четири споменика која се налазе на наведеном подручју. Посебан изазов за тим је представљало фотографисање једног споменика који се налази на јако неприступачном подручју - око сат времена пјешачења уз успон терена од 7%. То чини ове фотографије посебно драгоцјеним.

    • Друга фото-тура

Друга фото-тура је реализована на подручју радијуса 20км. Партнери су били Општина Соколац и Установа за културу “Перо Косорић”. У овој фото-тури учешће је узело 8 љубитеља фотографије. Фотографисано је 7 добара. На Викимедијину оставу је, након селекције, постављена 201 фотографија.

    • Трећа фото-тура

Трећа фото-тура је реализована на подручју територије општине Гацко у сарадњи са Фото кино клубом Требиње. Мапирана су подручја и одређена рута која обухвата радијус од 20km. Учешће је узело 7 фотографа. Прикупљено је 297 фотографија, а након селекције на Викимедијину оставу постављено 156 фотографија. Покривено је 11 споменика.

  • Викимедијина остава:
Техничка подршка у организационом тиму је на темељу прошлогодишње добре праксе креирала шаблоне, категорије и цијелу кампању. Коришћени су двојезични визуелни идентитети. Такође, на остави су направљене странице са информацијама о такмичењу, финалистима и читавој процедури такмичења. Током такмичења и након њега, све пристигле фотографије су прегледане како би се отклонили пропусти и грешке учесника настале коришћењем шаблона или категорија.
  • Медији:
Пројекат је у првом дијелу своје реализације изазвао доста медијске пажње. Најтиражније дневне новине, најчитајнији портали, као и државне телевизије и радио станице имали су прилоге о овом пројекту. Прије самог почетка тамичења, медијима је просљеђено саопштење о пројекту Трагом душе. Дан прије званичног отварања такмичења, организована је прес конференција на којој је јавности представљен пројекат. Конференција је одржана у скупштинској сали Општине Вишеград, која је уступила своје просторије за потребе пројекта. Објављена је 31 вијест од стране 28 медија из Републике Српске и БиХ. Поред тога, једна државна телевизија је урадила два прилога о такмичењу. Три радио станице су пратиле пројектне активности кроз гостовање у радио емисијама и уживо укључење у радио програм.
  • Уређивачки маратон:
Уређивачки маратон је одржан у оквиру дводневних активности у Сокоцу. Висока школа за Услужни бизнис, са којом се раније сарађивало, је изашла у сусрет и обезбједила адекватан простор за реализацију маратона. Маратон је био тематски усмјерен ка писању чланака о природним и културним добрима Републике Српске. Учествовало је 8 особа од чега 4 особе женског и 4 особе мушког пола. Написано је 15 чланака, од чега је 10 нових и 5 допуњених. Написано је укупно 22.190 бајтова. За потребе Ку-ер кодова написано је и допуњено 17 чланака, од чега су 4 нова и 13 допуњених.
  • Сарадња са институцијама
    • Републички завод за заштиту културно-историјског и природног наслеђа:
Сам почетак реализације појекта је подразумијевао успостављање сарадње са институцијом која је надлежна за издавање спискова заштићених добара - Републичким заводом за заштиту културно-историјског и природног насљеђа Републике Српске. Успостављена је сарадња и уступљени су нам подаци о статусу споменика. На темељу наведених докумената су ажурирани подаци који су у току такмичења Трагом душе 2015 постављени на сајт. Такође, Завод је послао писмо подршке пројекту.
    • Туристичка организација Вишеграда
Туристичка организација Вишеграда је пружила подршку и помоћ такмичењу приликом организације и реализације прве фото-туре која је реализована на размеђу општина Вишеград и Ново Горажде. Туристичка организација Вишеграда је помогла при одређивању руте прикупљањем прецизних информација о безбједносном стању на терену и минираним подручјима. Такође, вршила је промоцију пројекта на свом сајту.
    • СПКД „Просвјета”
Направљена је сарадња са Српским просвјетним и културним друштвом из Вишеграда. Они су подржали пројекат и промовисали га у локалној заједници. Огранак СПКД “Просвјета” који се бави позориштем и глумом је уступио глумца који је био водитељ програма за време свечане церемоније проглашења побједника и изложбе побједничких фотографија.
    • Туристичка организација Републике Српске

Поред Републичког завода за заштиту културно историјског и природног насљеђа, важну подршку пројекту је пружила Туристичка организација Републике Српске. Подршка се огледала у промоцији такмичења на њиховом званичном сајту и сајтовима осталих, мањих туристичких организација, које дјелују под окриљем Туристичке организације Републике Српске. Такође, приликом лоцирања добара, помоћ нашим волонтерима су пружиле мање локалне јединице туристичких организација широм Републике Српске, у зависности од регије у којој се дата добра налазе.

    • Туристичка организација Ново Горажде
Туристичка организација Ново Горажде је, поред промоције пројекта, пружила подршку приликом реализације прве фото-туре. У сарадњи са Општином Ново Горажде обезбједила је водича, теренско возило и возача, који су били неопходни с обзиром на околности на терену и неприступачност фотографисаних добара.
    • Општина Соколац
Општина Соколац је приликом реализације друге фото-туре и уређивачког маратона пружила подршку такмичењу кроз промоцију пројекта на сајту и локалним, градским порталима. Такође, за потребе реализације уређивачког маратон уступили су адекватан и технички опремљен простор.
    • Установа за културу “Перо Косорић”

Установа за културу “Перо Косорић” је пружила свесрдну подршку приликом организације и реализације дводневних активности у Сокоцу. На локалном нивоу је идентификовала учеснике заинтересоване за уређивачки маратон и фото-туру. Приликом реализације наведених активности, пружили су помоћ при мапирању подручја и одређивању руте као и добијању дозвола за фотографисање религијских здања - цркве и џамије.

    • Фото кино клуб Требиње

У сарадњи са Фото кино клубом Требиње реализована је трећа фото-тура на подручју Херцеговине. Поред промоције пројекта, њихова подршка се огледала у мапирању подручја, одређивању руте, промоције догађаја у локалној заједници и учешћу чланова Фото кино клуба у реализацији треће фото-туре на територији општине Гацко, у Херцеговини.

Lessons learned[edit]

What worked well?
Collaboration with institutions and organizations during realization project activities was satisfying. We achieved significant progress in improvement of capacity of the community as well as recognizing the community as a positive factor on the local scene in Republic of Srpska. Also, members of community team gained some new experience in organization and realization of a bigger project. Thanks to team work, the community is united more and it functions better compared to the beginning and the starting projects.
What didn't work?
Edit-a-thon had a lower response rate than usual. The reason for that is the season of yearly vacations. Also the ending of the competition was not covered by media as it was expected. The reason for that was electoral campaign that was on its peak. The whole year was about the local elections and although it was supposed that it will not affect the competition - it affected. It was difficult to manage the appointments for certain project activities due to unexpected political situations such as public forums, referendum etc. Beside mentioned aggravating circumstances that could not be affected in any way, estimated goals are mostly accomplished, thanks to the community.
What would you do differently if you planned a similar project?
Thanks to the project “Traces of Soul” Wikimedia Commons is richer in terms or content about Republic of Srpska. We would try to change the situation that refers to many photographs or the certain good of Republic of Srpska, but not one or a few photographs of some other goods from the list. A good number of goods is located on suspicious grounds, and it is justified why we could not take photographs there. During the promotion with photo sessions and editorial competitions we would try to motivate those areas with low response rate. For example photo sessions would be held in another town. Also, we would improve the number of editorial competitions or workshops as well as organize two-day’s activities (photo session and editorial marathon) in planned towns. In that way we would get a variety of photographs and spread the idea about Wikimedia and its projects in different parts in Republic of Srpska. This would also, be more practical and financially more favorable for the community. Instead to twice visit a town where we would organize training course for Wikimedia and Wikimedias’ store, everything would fit with more practical solution. Impact on motivation would also be better if we would dedicate the first day to capturing the goods and the second we would do the articles about the same or similar monuments that would be nicely finished up with the recent photographs.
Шта је било добро?
Сарадња са институцијама и организацијама приликом реализације пројектних активности је била на задовољавајућем нивоу. Остварени су значајни помаци у погледу јачања капацитета заједнице и препознавања заједнице као позитивног фактора на локалној сцени, унутар Републике Српске. Такође, постојећи чланови организационог тима заједнице су богатији за још једно искуство у организацији и реализацији већег пројекта. Захваљујући тимском раду, заједница је повезанија и складније функционише у односу на саме почетке и прве пројекте на којима се радило.
Шта није било добро?
Уређивачки маратон је имао слабији одзив него што је уобичајено. Разлог за то је сезона годишњих одмора. Такође, завршница такмичења није испраћена од стране медија како је очекивано. Разлог за то је предизборна кампања која ја тада била у пуном јеку. Цијела година је била у знаку локалних избора у земљи и иако је предвиђено да то неће имати утицај на ток такмичења - имало је. Јако је било тешко манипулисати терминима за одређене пројектне активности због непредвиђених политичких ситуација - јавних трибина, референдума и слично. Поред наведених отежавајућих околности на које се није могло утицати, предвиђени циљеви су, уз напоре заједнице углавном остварени.
Шта би сте урадили другачије ако би сте планирали сличан или исти пројекат?
Захваљујући пројекту Трагом душе Викимедијина остава је богатија у погледу садржаја који се тичу добара Републике Српске. Покушали бисмо да промјенимо ситуацију која се односи на то да имамо доста фотографија одређеног добра, а ни једну или мали број неког другог добра са списка. Добар дио добара се налази на безбједносно сумњивим подручјима и разумљиво је зашто нема фотографија тих добара. Радећи промоцију кроз фото-туре и уређивачке маратоне покушали бисмо да мотивишемо и оне регије у којима је одзив био слабији. Рецимо, приликом сљедећег такмичења бисмо фото-туре премјестили у неки други град. Такође, појачали бисмо број уређивачких маратона или радионица и уједно, у свакој планираној општини организовали дводневне активности - фото-туру и уређивачки маратон. На тај начин бисмо добили на разноликости пристиглих фотографија и уједно проширили идеју о Викимедији и њеним пројектима у различитим дијеловима РС-а. Такође, ово би било практичније и финансијски повољније за заједницу. Умјесто да два пута идемо у одређени град и ком би организовали обуку за рад на Википедији и Викимедијиној остави, све би се сажело у једно, прихватљивије и практичније рјешење. Такође, утицај на мотивацију учесника би био већи када би се првог дана фотографисала добра, а другог радили чланци о истим или сличним споменицима који би се употпунили пристиглим фотографијама и уобличили у складну цјелину.

Wiki Loves Republika Srpska - Trace of a Soul photo-contests - is a second year of successful organizations foto project about natural and historical riches of the Republika Srpska. Last year there was collected about 2000 photos and was Improved / written 49 articles. Even so, a large part of the monument remained uncovered. This year we want to enhance the project and continue to achieve its goal:
  • increase the number free photos related to this monuments on Wikimedia Commons;
  • increase the number of articles related to this monuments on Wikipedia;
  • popularisation of Wikimedia’s mision and vision in Republica Srpska;
  • expand the knowledge of free culture;
  • attract new volunteers and community members.

Statistics is good when it comes to accomplishments of goals. The project “Traces of Soul 2016” influenced Wikimedia Commons and Wikimedia, in terms of increase in content, by adding new photographs, articles and editing the existing ones. Impact on status of Wikimedia Community of the Republic of Srpska in local community is noticeable, thanks to the media and project activities. Also, priceless impact on the community is also notable and new experience made this community more united, organized and bigger.

Пројекат Трагом душе 2016 је утицао на повећање количине садржаја на Викимедијиној остави и Википедији кроз додавање нових фотографија и нових чланака, као и кроз допуњавање већ постојећих садржаја. Примјетан је утицај на статус Викимедијине Заједнице Републике Српске у локалној заједници захваљујући медијским објавама и пројектним активностима. Такође, примјетан је и непроцјењив утицај на саму заједницу која је кроз још једно искуство постала складнија, организованија и већа.

Thanks to the project “Traces of Soul 2016” the community is considerably stronger and more stable. The number of the new users grew bigger.
