1. Briefly describe how your strategies and activities proposed were implemented and if any changes to what was proposed are worth highlighting?

我們在戰略目標上依然按照三大專案進行。當然，實際執行的內容會因為合作伙伴的變化而有所調整。特別在GLAM上，目前一個顯著的可能變化是，我們會將重心由對Wikidata的貢獻轉向多語言的Wikipedia。

2. Were there any strategies or approaches that you feel are being effective in achieving your goals?

上半年我們有著力在爭取合作伙伴的投入：教育專案的部分，我們化解了地方政府教育部門錯誤的維基政策，並且乘機會建立了關係，也舉行了訓練課程；多元社群部分仍著力與政大、女性社群合作；館聯及Wikidata部分則和文化部籌畫中。

3. What challenges or obstacles have you encountered so far?

上半年度最大的障礙有三個。

第一是我們更換了主要聯絡人，以致於需要花一些時間重新了解工作規畫並處理可能有不同想法的細節；第二是合作伙伴對於維基文化的不理解，使得專案的推行與現有社群之間出現衝突，需要花很多心力溝通解決；第三是首次面臨伙伴補助的加入，我們還在理解在這樣的資助方針下，地方分會應該扮演什麼樣的角色為佳。

我們今年透過參與會議討論的方式，向代表性不足社群(特別是小語言社群)說明維基媒體2030策略帶來運動的影響，以及介紹新的基金會補助方案。例如今年1月19日參與國立政治大學舉辦的「五種族語維基百科上線論壇」。會後將論壇中報告的策略建議整理成一篇文章，刊載於政大原住民族研究中心出版的《原教界》雜誌中。電子版：https://web.alcd.center/aew/pdf-loader.php

6. In your application, you outlined your learning priorities. What have you learned so far about these areas during this period?

我們學習重點在「如何促進小語言社群更加活絡的參與維基媒體社群事務，……參與維基媒體事務包含如政策、UCOC以及2030等討論……」

到今年六月為止我們透過參與論壇、與合作單位討論後，知道的是：

1.此類計畫仰賴台灣政府投入的經費運作，經費停止之後可能連編輯活動都會受到影響，因此需要鼓勵及協助他們自行設計參與維基的計畫以取得資源。也可以在過程中學習與維基社群接觸。

2.我們需要持續鼓勵這些社群參與國際會議。

7. What are the next steps and opportunities you’ll be focusing on for the second half of your work?

相當多的專案都在下半年啟動，包括：獲得伙伴資助的成大、新樂園；館聯、多元社群專案談定的執行方式，以及相應而來的工作報告等等。另外，我們也會針對中文維基百科上的活躍成員強化聯繫。

伙伴資助的工作細節在持續提供維基操作教學的資源，以及協助他們撰寫報告、處理帳務。

館聯的工作重點在協助訓練出第一批館聯機構中的維基編者，為明年舉行編輯馬拉松儲備教學人力；多元社群在協助政大找到能持續吸引族人投入族語維基寫作的專案。

中文維基百科上的活躍成員的部分，我們預計啟動 UCoC 的相關課程，培訓更多可擔任管理員的台灣用戶。

1.關於新參與使用者，目前較難使用自動統計；現場活動可以透過主持人統計完成，而線上活動必須逐一檢視帳號編輯狀況決定。

2.部分社群因為參與者極少或活動目的不同，投資時間在設定追蹤工具意願較低落，也可能影響回報時的溝通。但因為人數較少，暫不影響統計，只是需要再多加溝通。
