Part 1: Project and impact[edit]

Nous avons implémenter les activitées dans 4 villes comme prévus, avec 8 sessons d'atelier au total :
Goma: Nous avions tenue 3 jours d'activités dans la ville de Goma (23 au 25 décembre 2023). Il a été question de former les participants sur wikiquote (ajout et édition de citations des femmes congolaises). Nous avions accueilli au total 15 participants dont 7 filles et 8 hommes.
Bukavu : Après la ville de Goma, nous avions poursuivi les activités dans la ville de Bukavu. Les activités ont eu lieu du 27 au 28 décembre 2023, atelier de formation sur wikiquote réunissant 14 participants, dont 6 femmes et 8 hommes.
Kisangani: le 22 décembre 2023 et le 10 janvier 2024 , c'était le tours de Kisangani d'accueilli les activité #SheSaid dans leur milieur. Nous avions tenue deux jours d’atelier de formation sur wikiquote, avec un total de 15 participants dont 3 femmes et 12 hommes.
Kinshasa: En fin, le 6 janvier 2024 que nous avions clôturer notre campagne dans la ville de Kinsha. Il a toujours été question de former les participants sur wikiquote, 10 participants dont 9 femmes et 1 homme.
Les différents référents de WikiClub de Wikimedia RDC, nous ont vraiment aidé à méner les activités en présentiel dans toutes ces villes.

You can recall these learning questions below: Je m'attends à avoir acquis de nombreuses compétences en tant que responsable d'une initiative sur le fossé entre les sexes au sein du réseau Wikimedia. Je pense pouvoir recruter, former et constituer une équipe de nouvelles contributrices dans ma région, et j'ai l'intention d'en assurer le suivi. Je m'attends à ce que de nouveaux contenus soient créés au sujet des femmes Africaines et Congolaises en particulier.
Grâce à cette campagne #SheSaid 2023, j'ai organisé pour ma toute première une grande activité du début jusqu'à la fin. Ça a été une très belle expérience en termes de gestion et d'implémentation d'un projet de si grande envergure.
Nous avions réussi à recruter les nouvelles contributrices, les formées grâce à l'appui de Wikimediens expérimentés de Wikimedia RDC et aujourd'hui, nous pouvons être fières d'avoir un bon nombre de contributrices sur lesquelles on peut compter sur eux pour les prochaines activités touchant le genre.
Nous avions réussi à créer plusieurs contenus sur Wikiquote en rapport avec les femmes Congolaises et c'est une grande joie pour nous voir cette si grande réalisation. On peut aujourd'hui en être fière d'avoir contribué sur la réduction de fossé de genre au sein du mouvement Wikimedia.

Nous avions juste fait quelques réajustements par rapport au nombre de jours des ateliers. Étant donné qu'à Goma où on y trouve une grande communauté de Wikimedien, nous avions décidé de faire 3 jours d'activités et un jour à Kinshasa au lieu de 2 jours partout comme s'était prévu.

Notre budget initial était de 4810 USD mais après l'examen du projet par les membres de la commission du Rapid fund, le buget a été revisé à la baisse pour un montant de 4505 USD.
