You can recall these learning questions below: Did the project create recognition of Wikipedia and it's sisters projects in University of Calabar?

Did the project create active participation of students and lecturers at the University of Calabar?

Did the project Create a community of Wikimedia editors at the University of Calabar?

Did the project create community awareness about Wikimedia projects in University of Calabar? Yes, the project massively created awareness with the use of offline flyers.

Did the project train new editors to have the required skills to edit Wikimedia projects? Yes, the project trained new editors. The link to the dashboard is uploaded above

Was the project beneficial to the existing editors in University of Calabar? Yes, the project also trained 5 returning editors.

Did the participants contribute contents to Wikipedia and it's sisters' projects ? Yes, the project contributed to Wikipedia and Wikidata. The link to the dashboard is uploaded above.

5. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities? This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences? (required)

Yes. Even though the turn out to events were encouraging, the number of students who volunteered were few. The retained editors are most non-students. This shows that in this geographical area, hosting the campaign outside the school is likely to yield more success.

6. What is your plan to share your project learnings and results with other community members? If you have already done it, describe how. (required)

I have already shared the project outcomes and lessons with other community members through the Wikimedia Nigeria WhatsApp group and during a Wikimedia meet-ups organised by WUGN. These platforms allowed me to highlight key insights, such as the challenges of student engagement and the need to diversify outreach strategies. I plan to continue sharing these learnings in future community calls and discussions, so others organising similar campaigns can benefit from my experience.
