You can recall these learning questions below: ウィキメディアの充実のためには、不特定多数の人々がウィキメディアに価値を見出し、編集に参加することが必要です。ウィキメディアにまだ参画していない人々が、何をハードルと感じているのか、不特定多数と開かれた場で対話することで、その打開策を探っていきたいと思います。図書館総合展本展ではアンケートを実施するほか、TwitterやFacebookなどSNSでの広報、定期的なグーグル検索で関連キーワードへの言及を計測することで、その影響を可視化します。
2018年以来続けてきた私たちのウィキペディアタウンと呼ばれる活動は、ウィキペディア日本語版やアウトリーチ活動の関係者のなかでは広く知られているものの、一般社会においてはまだまだ未知であり、ウィキペディアへの正確な理解も十分ではないことを改めて確認しました。ウィキペディアが誰にでも編集できるコンテンツであることは広く知られているものの、実際に編集参加する人は、総人口に対して極めて少数です。不特定多数の健全な人々の参画によって発展するこのコミュニティは、より広く、様々な業種・業界にアプローチしていく必要があると感じました。また、直接的にウィキペディアを編集するエディタソンばかりでなく、関連グッズや書籍の紹介、執筆経験者の体験談などを見聞きする機会も、ウィキペディアに好意的な市民を増やすためのアウトリーチとして非常に有効であると考えています。

ウィキペディア展覧会の開催は２年目でしたが、初めて知ったというウィキペディアンの協力によりウィキペディアストアのTシャツ21枚が提供され、それによって多くの図書館関係者が積極的に私たちの企画に協力を申し出てくれたことは、まったく想定もしていなかった大きな出来事でした。大人数が同じウィキペディアTシャツを着て動いたことにより、来場者からの反響も大きく、次回出展への手応えとヒントを得ることができました。私たちのウィキペディア展覧会は、来場者の人気投票で３位に入賞し、350名もの意見を収集することにつながりました。 事前申し込みを必要としないエディタソンやウィキペディア展覧会の開催は、ウィキペディア編集者ではないもののウィキペディア・エディタソンの主催者となりうる人々の企画実現性を高めます。多くの相談が寄せられ、多くの新たな機会が生まれました。それらすべてにできるだけ対応するため、当初の実施計画にはなかったエディタソンもいくつか企画し、また、協力参加しました。これは可能性として想定されていたポジティブな状況です。

Diffへの記事、SNS(X、Facebook)に投稿するほか、Wikipedia日本語版プロジェクトページ、図書館総合展オンラインページに掲載しています。また、今回のプロジェクト内では、複数の大学研究者による調査研究に協力しました。「高齢者の社会的距離とエイチズムの関係に関する研究」というもので、私たちはウィキペディアタウンでのオフライン・ミーティングによって様々な年代の人々が交流することによる心理的な変化を調査したいという依頼を受け、アンケートに協力できる人々を集めました。この研究論文も公表されましたら広くコミュニティや社会の人々に紹介し、ウィキペディア・エディタソンの多様な可能性をアピールすることで、ウィキペディア・コミュニティへの賛同者を増やすことをめざすつもりです。
