　私は教育現場での情報の利活用指導を発端に、これまで地元・京都府北部地域でのウィキペディアタウン開催と継続的な市民活動によるデジタルアーカイブのため、そのノウハウを獲得したり協力者を見つけたりするために、全国各地のエディタソンに可能な限り参加してきました。その数、100回以上。知り合ったエディタソン主催者及びウィキペディアンは140名以上になります。このような関係構築が必要であった最大の理由は、一個人である私がウィキペディアタウンを開催したいと思ったときに、どこの誰に何を相談すればよいのか、ほとんどまったく情報が見つけられなかったことにあります。　匿名性の高い日本のウィキペディア界隈において、これまで多くの方々が育んでこられたアウトリーチの経験や知見は、残念ながら一般に広く共有されることは少ないです。そのため、新たにエディタソンを開催しようとする図書館や個人は、多くが限定的な伝手を頼るしかない状況にありました。その結果、開催した企画が、必ずしも主催者のねらい通りのものとはならず、不満が残る結果を招いている実例も多々あります。　そこで、2023年、edit Tangoの企画として、全国各地のウィキペディア・エディタソンの主催者・参加者のノウハウや課題を共有すると同時に、アウトリーチを掲げるウィキペディアンがエディタソン開催のために自らに何ができるのかを広く情報を記録し共有することができる「ウィキペディア展覧会」を開催しました。　この企画は、2022年11月に、図書館総合展のオンラインとサテライト会場、カンファレンス会場２カ所のハイブリットで開催されました。この企画により、本来は多額の出品費用を必要とするこの展覧会に、ウィキペディアに関する話題なら誰でも登壇したり、任意のテキストをリンクすることが可能となりました。

　図書館総合展は、全国の図書・情報分野の先進的な知見を共有する日本最大のフォーラムです。　この企画は全国から51件の詳細な事例収集を実現したほか、少なくとも5件8回のWikipedia編集に関わるオンラインイベントの開催につながった。さらに、その発展により熊本県及び愛知県の2カ所でのウィキペディア・エディタソンの新規開催、これまでウィキペディアを編集したことがない、あるいは、ウィキペディア・エディタソンを開催したことがない500名以上へのアプローチを実現しました。また、福井県や長野県などいくつかの公共図書館に事例収集と公開の意義に賛同や協調いただき、各自治体の公式サイトでのウィキペディア・エディタソンの事例紹介をより充実させることに繋がりました。　2023年6月17日には、山梨県で開催された地域フォーラムにも、4団体・2個人の会場提供、備品提供、資材提供、広報宣伝などの協力を得て出展しました[1] 。ここでは、120名以上の参加者にウィキペディアタウンについての解説資料を配布し、山梨県及び茨城県の公共図書館が主催するウィキペディアタウンについて宣伝・広報しました。また、フォーラムのメイン発表者に関係するウィキペディア項目「甲州市立勝沼図書館」を、メインページ「新しい記事」に掲載される高い水準で立項するなどして、フォーラム全体の成功を後押しました。これらの成果により、いくつかの団体及び個人の関係者と協議し、2023年10月の図書館総合展本展におけるブース出展や、「ウィキペディアタウンサミット」の開催を企画していくことになりました。　あわせて、これらの取り組みを次年度以降、また、私以外の者が主担当となっても継続していくことが可能なアウトリーチ活動としていくため、特に不特定多数をターゲットとした大規模会場でのエディタソン開催に必要な体制を構築するための資金提供をお願いします。

計画は大きくわけて４つあります。

（１）全国のエディタソン企画、関連活動、アウトリーチ活動に協力できるウィキペディアンの事例紹介（テキスト）を通して、広くその知見を共有し、後進への情報提供とアーカイブを実現すること

（２）10月24,25日に神奈川県にて開催される図書館総合展のフォーラムや本展会場にて、ウィキペディア・コミュニティや助成制度の紹介、ウィキペディアタウン先進地の活動と成果の紹介、ウィキペディア編集方法のガイダンス等を行うこと

（３）2023年10月の図書館総合展期間を中心に、オンラインでのウィキペディア編集や企画相談会を開催する。ひとつの候補として、2017年に京都で開催されて以来となる「ウィキペディアタウン・サミット」の開催を、日本における最初のウィキペディアタウン開催地・横浜にて開催すること

（４）昨年の図書館総合展及び今年の総合展企画から、実際にエディタソン等を開催したいと発起した人々や団体を、ウィキペディア講師、編集サポート、企画アドバイザー等、主催者に求められる形で支援すること。すでに協力を確定しているケースでは、2023年8-9月にかけて愛知県の国登録有形文化財を充実させたいとする民間団体に、講師・サポートスタッフの紹介や斡旋・企画助言・編集者として協力する用意があります。

少なくとも２つの団体の事務局と、9人以上のウィキペディア編集経験を持つウィキメディア・Userが協力を約束してくれています。団体の協力内容は会場や機材の提供、ウィキメディアン個人の協力内容は、①企画運営のサポート　②ウィキペディア編集指導　③資料作成等です。

この図書館総合展の企画は、昨年度、このプロジェクトの成功を妨害しようとしたとみられる他のウィキメディアUserの嫌がらせに遭いました。その攻撃の影響は、5ちゃんねる掲示板等において、まだ続いています（https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:%E4%BA%95%E6%88%B8%E7%AB%AF/subj/%E8%AA%B9%E8%AC%97%E4%B8%AD%E5%82%B7 ）。非常に残念なことですが、円滑な企画運営と関係者の心の安定のため、ここに彼らのウィキメディアUser名を記載することは控えます。最終報告書では記載し、報告します。

図書館総合展に参加する、日本全国の図書館、出版社、教育機関、自治体関係者など、不特定多数（推定1~3万人）を対象とします。また、派生した関連企画においては、その企画の主催者がターゲットとする対象が参加者となります。参加者の多くが登録する図書館総合展メールマガジンや公式サイトを広報に活用し、参加しやすいオンラインイベントを併用することで、イベント後の個々の参加者のフォローも可能とします。

プロジェクト:アウトリーチ/ウィキペディア展覧会[2] とその関連ページ、Twitterでの広報などで協力者を募るほか、関連する企画会場において関心の高い関係者、協力者と直接話し合いを行っています。この「ウィキペディア展覧会」というプロジェクトは、多くのウィキメディア編集者及び未来のウィキメディア編集者、企画主催者らが、図書館総合展の広報力を活用してそれぞれのプロジェクトをより良いものにできるよう、「場」と「機会」をできるかぎり提供するものです。私はその調整役であり事務局担当として、不特定多数の人々が、ウィキメディア活動に参加しやすい環境を整え、必要に応じてウィキメディアン個人としての技量を提供し、必要な人材を紹介しています。

ウィキメディアの充実のためには、不特定多数の人々がウィキメディアに価値を見出し、編集に参加することが必要です。ウィキメディアにまだ参画していない人々が、何をハードルと感じているのか、不特定多数と開かれた場で対話することで、その打開策を探っていきたいと思います。図書館総合展本展ではアンケートを実施するほか、TwitterやFacebookなどSNSでの広報、定期的なグーグル検索で関連キーワードへの言及を計測することで、その影響を可視化します。

Number of participants	1500	図書館総合展は、コロナによる中断前まで1日あたり1万人以上の来場者を記録するイベントでした。全来場者のうち5パーセント以上の参加者にアプローチすることを目指します。
