Rationale
[edit]We would like to request to shift the start date of the project to be on the 15th of July instead of the 1st of June. Accordingly the end date will be shifted as well (15th of July 2020). This is mainly because my PhD. defense date has been scheduled to be on the 5th of July. The month before the defense will be full of rehearsals and preparations. Accordingly we would like to shift the start date of the project to be after the thesis defense so we can dedicate more time and focus while kick-starting the project.

Rationale (Mid point report)
[edit]As the midterm report is due on the 6th of January, we would like to request an extension. This will allow us to have time to write up in more detail what we have been doing over the last months. We ask for the extension as we didn’t get as much time to work on Scribe during the holiday season and focused in that time on extending the features of the tool rather than writing the report only. Therefore, we would like to extend the deadline and write a detailed report for the mid-term of our project. --Frimelle (talk) 11:23, 3 January 2020 (UTC)

Rationale
[edit]Given the current global situation and the cancellation of Wikimedia events, we want to propose the following two changes to the Scribe planning:
(1) Extension of the project of 2 months until 15 September 2020. Given the restrictions with the events not happening, we will stretch out the community communication and testing to move it online instead of at the in-person events.
(2) Rebudgeting: We want to redistribute the money we planned for travelling towards the extension of the involved project members so that we can continue paying for their work for part of the extended time period.
