[edit]Tell us how you'll carry out your project. What will you and other organizers spend your time doing?
- We will be attending the 3Music Awards on 26/03/22 and taking photos of notable people in music, entertainment, politics, journalism etc who have Wikipedia articles but no pictures and upload it on commons and their correspondent Wikipedia articles. They include but are not limited to Kuami Eugene, Joe Mettle, Akwaboah ,Kofi jamar, Empress Gifty, Obaapa Christy, Diana Hamilton, Joyce blessing, Dope Nation, Keche, Kwabena Kwabena, Joey b, Mix Master Garzy, StreetBeatz, WillisBeatz, Medikal, Samini, Shatta Wale, Maccasio, Adina, Kofi Mole, DJ Vyrusky, Okese 1
- We will organise two (2) Editathons to improve articles of notable people who will be attending on the English and Twi Wikipedia.
- We will also create missing Wikipedia articles of these notable people on the English and Twi Wikipedia during these Editathons. They include but are not limited to Camidoh, King Promise, Mr. Drew, S3fa, Omar Sterling, Kwame Yogot, Kweku Darlington, Abochi, Mona 4reall, Kaywa, Epixode, Jupitar
How will you let others in your community know about your project (please provide links to where relevant communities have been notified of your proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions)? Why are you targeting a specific audience?

What will you have done at the end of your project? How will you follow-up with people that are involved with your project?
- Improve Ghanaian content on Wikimedia commons by uploading images of notable people in music, entertainment, politics, journalism.
- Improve or create notable Ghanaian articles in both English and Twi Wikipedia
- Added several hundred photographs to Commons
- Added the pictures to the corresponding Wikipedia articles in English, Twi.
- Added data and increased quality to Wikidata
Follow up:
- Collecting usernames and contact information via feedback forms
- Adding people to (optional!) mailing lists or social media groups
- Identifying the most prolific, knowledgeable, and motivated contributors and inviting them to future events.
- Participants will be added to a WhatsApp/Telegram group to continue discussions

Impact
[edit]How will you know if the project is successful and you've met your goals? Please include the following targets and feel free to add more specific to your project:
- Number of events: 2
- Number of participants: 30
- Number of new editors: 10
- Number of of articles created or improved on English and Twi Wikipedia: 165+
- Number of photos uploaded to Wikimedia Commons: 200+
- Number of photos used on Wikimedia projects: At least 50% of total number of photos uploaded
Resources
[edit]What resources do you have? Include information on who is the organizing the project, what they will do, and if you will receive support from anywhere else (in-kind donations or additional funding).
- Ampimd - Experienced editor and trainer. He is the Project manager/Facilitator and will coordinate all project activities.
- Robertjamal12 - Experienced editor and event organizer. He has experience as an administrator on the Twi Wikipedia. He will facilitate as well as provide general support to tasks leads, strategy and uploading images on commons, etc.
- Kwaku Berko - Facilitator/ professional photographer. He is an experienced editor and will be leading photography during the awards and upload the images onto commons.
- DaSupremo - Experienced editor with vast experience in Wikidata. He will also be in charge of logistics and communication.
