  1. Support communications or translation needs for Regional Committee learning sessions.

Project Plan[edit]

  • Live interpretation to be develop during the Regional Committee learning sessions. It also includes translating documents for European Grants Comittee.

    Regional Committee learning sessions
  2. If you are translating any materials or doing live translation, in what languages will you support these needs? Who will be responsible for doing the translations?
    Mainly Spanish, specially for the materials. I'll also translate from Portuguese, English or Spanish into French when needed, plus combinations among those languages
  3. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?

Budget[edit]

  • Compensation for translation-related work (including preparation, meeting facilitation time, debriefing, live translation time, translation work of documents and material): 33 hours of preparation, materials and translating documents + 32 hours of sessions (9 sessions + Finisher + 2 deliberations) + 2 hours of GLAM office hours (docs+interpretation) + 5.5 hours translating Grant Applications and other documents = 33*30 EUR + 32*30 EUR + 5.5*30 EUR = 990+960+165= 2115 EUR for 70.5 hours
  • Online tools or services (subscription services for online meeting platforms):
  • Small equipment costs (such as microphones, headsets, webcam, but not larger equipment such as laptops, computers, or tablets)
