Hire a venue, buy food & drink, promote the event. We will be working with WMUK to facilitate and publicise.

How will you let others in your community know about your project (please provide links to where relevant communities have been notified of your proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions)? Why are you targeting a specific audience?

via Wikimedia UK channels, and also local civic tech networks such as TechforGood London.

What will you have done at the end of your project? How will you follow-up with people that are involved with your project?

Provided space for hackers to meet and take part in the Wikimedia Hackathon in London together.

I (edsaperia) will organise and facilitate the event. WMUK will support with publicity.
