To simultaneously translate the global conversations to Spanish speaking community to encourage participation.

    The documentation will be in parallel with the meeting, through voice interpretation and translation to the participants.
  4. What is your facilitation plan to support productive discussions around global conversations? Please also provide a link to a Friendly Space Policy that will be implemented to support these discussions.
    Interpretation for Spanish speaking Wikimedians in order to ensure inclusivity in the global community conversation. The interpretation will go on two directions (English->Spanish) to introduce the participants and share content with them, and then (Spanish->English) to share feedback and comments from the Spanish speaking wikimedians with other participants in break out groups, to bridge the gaps.
