- We are doing two edit a thorns
3. Do you have experienced Wikimedia editors to lead the event?
- Yes
4. Do participants have the equipment or skills needed to participate and contribute high quality content? If not, how will you support them?
- No
5. How will you engage participants after the event(s)?
- We plan to carry out a survey after the event is done, and do follow ups on telegram
6. Are you running any in-person events or activities? If so, you will need to complete the steps outlined on the Risk Assessment protocol related to COVID-19. When you have completed these steps, please provide a link to your completed copy of the risk assessment tool below:
- We are not running up in-person gatherings
7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?
- We are doing this for the celebration of the Wikipedia birthday for the first time here

1. Communication and promotion expenses, bank charges = $ 350
2. Online Opening and closing ceremony (Expenses covers the online edit a thorn in the first and last day) The 2 days shall serve an edit a thorn.
3. We plan to have participation certificates for the participants which = 20 x $10 = $200
4. Laptops (Not all of the participants own laptops therefore we will hire some for two days of the events). A day one will cost about $22.5, so it will be 12 devices x $45 (2 days) = $ 540
5. Total for all expenses = $ 1990
