Request changes[edit]
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please use this button to request approval for changes to your grant’s budget while your project is in progress. Any variation of 20% or more to any line item in your budget must be approved by staff here before you make the change (for projects with budgets of $15,000 or more, the accepted variance is 10%).
Budget change request[edit]
We would like to request that the remaining travel budget is converted to extra hours working on the project. We plan to spend the additional hours working refining documentation and disseminating and encouraging translations for the resources.
Rationale[edit]
Travel is probably not possible in most of Europe for the remainder of this grant. There will be no events to go to and in person meetings are not viable.

Budget change request[edit]
The amount transferring from Sean McBirnie to Navino Evans is 5500 Euros (5000 grant + 500 travel budget). This effectively cuts Sean McBirnie's grant amount in half. He is fully aware of this change and endorses it.
Rationale[edit]
Sean has had health problems recently so is not sure he will be ready to complete the work in time.
