Complaint reviewed[edit]
A formal complaint was submitted by WMHK about the FDC decision on their request. It was responded to by the Board representatives on the FDC; the complaint did not change their recommendation to the Board - hence this approval 'without change'. Sources of funding outside the FDC, for a more focused grant, were suggested to the WMHK team. –SJ talk 15:41, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
