Doesn't appear to meet the eligibility criteria

Thanks for submitting this idea. Unfortunately, it does not appear to meet the eligibility criteria for an Individual Engagement Grant project - namely, that projects should improve Wikimedia's existing websites. So, I've marked the status as ineligible in its current state. Feel free to keep working on this draft and resubmit at a later time if something changes with the overall project idea, or if you can clarify how these lectures would have concrete impact on a site like Wikipedia or otherwise directly contribute to our mission.
