Ineligible for IEG[edit]

Hi, thanks for sharing your idea! Unfortunately, projects like this are ineligible for an IEG because they aren't aimed at directly improving an existing Wikimedia project (instead, it seems like you are trying to develop a new sister project for Wikipedia, called WikiProject, correct?).
