Hi Tomdast87, and thanks for this idea. The notion of matching peer editors together interested in the same topic area in a direct way (as opposed to an incidental way, like finding other editors on discussion pages) is a pretty fascinating one, and I think it could have some potential for good outcomes. I wanted to ask about how you were thinking about developing this idea further. I understand that you've written that you cannot produce this project on your own, but what would you need (in terms of people with skill sets, funding, or software) to see this project through?
