Thank you for this detailed request.

It seems like this is a request to change your budget, and not a reallocation of remaining grant funds toward another activity, since you are requesting to use some grant funds for the same project but in a different way. Since you've already taken time to prepare the request here, would you please simply link to this page from the discussion page of your grant request so that program staff may make a decision about the budget change there?

Winifred, we are sticking to the same budget. The original grant request was for 1,98,400 INR but it has a typo / miscalculation. The correct amount is 1,99,400 INR (a difference of approximately 15 USD) and we are sticking to it. //not a reallocation of remaining grant funds toward another activity, since you are requesting to use some grant funds for the same project but in a different way. // Yes, this is what we are trying to convey. But, we are slightly confused how to put this across as item number 14 "Professional photography and videos" was not included in the original plan.
