 Strong support Ce projet est l'initiative directe de la participation d'anciens lauréats du cours en ligne sur Wikidata promu par l'Aflia. Il vient à point nommé renforcer l'usage de Wikidata à l'endroit des jeunes et des bibliothécaires au Togo. Sur le plan budgetaire, je trouve que le montant demandé est en adéquation avec les activités. Pour ces raisons, j'apporte mon soutien à cette demande de subvention.

Review of Wikidata experience

As this proposals cites Wikidata, I have performed a review of the team member's experience and record on that project.

• Neutral Alfrednadjere has moderate experience and a clean record. They seem to make few errors. They have a mixed record of response to feedback; it appears they may only respond to feedback given in the French language, and not to feedback given in English.
• Neutral Step may has moderate experience and a fairly clean record, with some recent history of creating non-notable items now deleted.
•  Oppose Azogbonon has significant experience on Wikidata. Unfortunately this includes the creation of a substantial number of non-notable items now deleted and the attempted repurposing of wikidata:Q89084799. The latter is notable because the repurposing was repeated by another account and several IPs, leading to the item being protected. While this took place over a year ago, repurposing and sock puppetry are things we take very seriously and the user has yet to give an adequate response.
