Follow-up Questions[edit]

Hello @RockyMasum

Your grant application is undergoing eligibility checks by the grant administration team.

We can concurrently start the Programme Review process. I have briefly read your grant application and earlier reports (a.[1]https://w.wiki/6Euu b. [2]https://w.wiki/6Eur ) and have some further questions (compiled below). I found the past URLs and wikistats links that you added to the application, helpful in understanding your local context.

1. Could you elaborate more on the capacity building that will accompany your 2023 article contest? I understand there's training of trainers; training to enhance the capacity of reviewers, bi-weekly online coordination meetings. The application can benefit from more elaboration and clarity - i.e. why (partially answered)/ what/ how?

2. Could you provide a timeline for the proposed project duration?

3. Core team - i.e. Who? The allocation of responsibilities is clear for the article contest. Not so much for the capacity building part.

4. Start and end dates - need to be adjusted? The earliest start date for cycle 7, would be some time end March 2023. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Project/Rapid

5. Learning, sharing and evaluation section. Here's a sample document, which we share with general support fund applicants, and could be useful for you too in thinking about your learning questions and proposed metrics (for example more detailed breakdown; including metrics that examine quality as well). You can also consider including time (i.e. into your timeline for evaluation) and resources (i.e. into your budget request for review/support)

6. How do you plan to answer these learning questions? What type of data do you need? How will you collect the data? When will you collect it? Who will be working on reviewing and analysing the data? These can be a combination of qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Thank you.
