Requesting re-allocation of the underspent - APPROVED

Hello @JChen (WMF) - as stated in the report and our shift towards working on capacity development, I request your to approve the re-allocation request for the remaining underspent of 39950.7 INR so that we can purchase required necesssary equipment for our clubs: Wiki Club AMU and Wiki Club Jamia. The equipment would also support our upcoming club: Wiki Club Deoband.

Whilst you continue reviewing the learning report, I'd appreciate if you approve this request so that we can easily support training sessions at our clubs.
