Thank you for taking time to put together the report and also for sharing your feedback about the grant process from application to reporting. We heard you and noted your feedback about making the application and reporting easier to understand. We would like to congratulate you on completing your grant and also including 2 additional outreach events in Kitakyushu and Hirado. For the remaining amount (52,506 JPY), we are agreeable to have it reconciled and deducted from a future grant submission. Thank you.

Remaining amount (52,506 JPY) to be used for Wikigap event in November 2022 - Approved[edit]
Dear @海獺,
Thank you for your proposal to use the remaining funds for another event. We understand that on 6 November 2022, together with Dr. Sae Kitamura (https://w.wiki/5nEK ) and the Waseda Wikipedian Circle (https://w.wiki/5nEJ ), Tokyo Women's Plaza will be holding the "Tokyo WikiGap Event @ Tokyo 2022" (https://w.wiki/5mJk ) as part of the "Women's Plaza Forum" event and you will participate as a facilitator.
You will be using the remaining funds from this grant to cover the cost of staff transportation and WiFi rental. Any amount spent over and above the remaining amount will be covered by the organisers. Thank you also for providing the budget breakdown

- Dear Jacqueline-san,
- 東京ウィメンズプラザでの"Tokyo WikiGap Event @ Tokyo 2022"は滞りなく終わりました。参加者は16名、ファシリテーターは5名、合計21名でのイベントで、10の新規ページが作成され、それに伴う多くのページが編集されました（https://eventmetrics.wmflabs.org/programs/779/events/2723）。
- 一日がかりのイベントだったため、主催者側は参加者に飲み物を提供しました。予算には計上していなかったので主催者の負担としました（https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NM62ZFSEjj3LHdKpsf8vgcIN6DCEoZJv6vXxp-GbgFs/edit#gid=0）。
- このページの「Training+Editathon in Fukuoka, Japan 2022 (ID: 21866695)」で申請した助成金の残額はすべて使い切ったことを報告いたします。
