Well done to the team for putting together a detailed proposal. The highlighting of engagement efforts, both within the Tyap Wikimedians User Group and the wider Wikimedia community is good to see. It is important to maintain active communication channels and involve community members in the planning process, ensuring that their interests and needs are effectively represented on the project. Additionally, by addressing the issues faced in the previous event, especially regarding edit tracking tools and backups, shows a proactive approach to the current plan. It is especially great that the team is working improve the participant’s experience during the upcoming events. Seeking assistance ahead of time demonstrates a willingness adapt for smoother event execution.

• Consider exploring potential partnerships or collaborations with other Wikimedia user groups or organisations that have experience in putting together similar events. Doing this could greatly enhance the impact of the events and provide helpful insights and resources that can help ensure success.
