6. What is the change you are trying to bring? What are the main challenges or problems you are trying to solve? Describe this change or challenges, as well as main approaches to achieve it. (required)

In the last event in which we had our first meetup as a user group while celebrating Wikidata's 10th Birthday Anniversary, I introduced Wikidata editing to my group members and the response was quite amazing. I found out that even those who never contributed to any Wikimedia sister project ever found it easy to contribute on Wikidata than even on Wikipedia.

However, there were challenges we encountered while having our one-day edit-a-thon for a prize on the first day of the meetup event on 29 October 2022. The Outreach Dashboard proved unresponsive maybe due to network challenges. The Integraalty edit tracking tool which was to act as a backup was not well done by me due to poor technical know-how. We had to rely on manual counting of edits by individual contributors which was quite inaccurate.

This time around, I hope to get help on the subject matter ahead of time, so that we can have one or two working backups ahead of time, in case the Outreach Dashboard doesn't work again.

For the Meetup part of it, things went well, but we could make it more fun.

7. What are the planned activities? (required) Please provide a list of main activities. You can also add a link to the public page for your project where details about your project can be found. Alternatively, you can upload a timeline document. When the activities include partnerships, include details about your partners and planned partnerships.

1. Celebrate Wikidata's 11th Birthday Anniversary while meeting up on Saturday, 4 November 2023. Here is the public page for this event: https://m.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Eleventh_Birthday/Tyap_Wikimedians_User_Group_Celebrates_Wikidata%27s_11th_Birthday
2. End of the Year Meetup for the Tyap Wikimedians User Group Members on Sunday, 5 November 2023.

8. Describe your team. Please provide their roles, Wikimedia Usernames and other details.
