Review of team's Wikidata experience

As this proposal specifically mentions Wikidata, I have reviewed the team members' experience and record on Wikidata.

•  Endorsed AdjoEsse seems to be an experienced Wikidata editor. Despite some initial problems with creation of inappropriate items, including one on themselves, they have a clean record.
•  Endorsed Ourytima seems to be an experienced Wikidata editor with a clean record, although their experience with item creation is a little thin.
• Neutral GuillaumeG has little experience with Wikidata, but has a clean record.

I very strongly, emphatically support the Senegal team proposition. Senegal has participated for years with the support of GuillaumeG, whose participation was not only local, but also supporting the global team in the organization (particularly in the effort for higher quality and image labelling). But for years, GuillaumeG was essentially alone in Senegal and this was not so easy for him. The arrival of Adjovi and Fatima has added a lot of energy and Senegal is on the rise !

Last year, they provided an excellent work and we strongly appreciated their capacity for organization, leadership and reporting. In 2023, Wiki in Africa emphasized its appreciation of TWO teams : the Senegal one and the Ivory Coast team led by Bouba. We made them our favorite « teams of the year 2023 » and we strongly count on those two teams to make 2024 super strong and successful source.

We were distressed that those two teams did not see their rapid grant request approved at the first round of rapid grant, and we hope very much that this new round will prove successful.

Les campagnes participent à recruter des contributeurs, apporter de nouvelles connaissances et surtout permettre à des communautés locales de découvrir les réels objectifs des projets Wikimediens. Les dames qui portent la communauté du Sénégal sont dynamiques et portent les objectifs généraux Wikimediens dans leur communauté et ceux spécifiques à des projets Wikimediens. Cette subvention leur permettra de se déployer aux vues des objectifs de la campagne et les défis auxquels elles se sont engagées. Je soutiens favorablement cette demande pour les raisons évoquées.
